    Thanks for posting. Personally... I would have like to see more JAPANESE foods. You mentioned "Roll Your Own Sushi" ??? How's that ???

    Yes, one time I saw seaweed nori sheets there next to sushi rice, near miso soups. Both my wife and I each rolled a sushi roll (fun trying but lousy job 😅)Then you are right right, there were too little good Japanese food to my personal liking at the buffet. We love Japanese food, including romain, woo don noodles, which they provided daily there. Forget about sushi and those other fancy stuff. 😋 We went to Kai restaurant a couple of times for that.
