Although cheap things may be tastier but if they mix cheese and charge a 10 rupee thing 100 the they think it's good and without using any brain... Blindly go for it... I don't get the fascination with cheese and mayo in these street food videos. Gone are the days when street food in India was simple and tasty. The authentic taste of vada pav is amazing. I celebrate the street food vendor for his dedication and efforts, but I wish there was a responsibility for people's health. He's not to blame alone. We are all responsible for it.
