@@FASTgraphs I think the Spinoff messed up 3M in your charts. The green dot of my buy doesn't match the chart where it should.

@@bolle666 Go to settings ( the gear icon at top right) look for split options box and click on "split & spinoff adjusted" if it is not already on. Let us know if that fixed it. Regards, Chuck

Thanks for the video, great to have high resolution! I doubt a $3T company can just keep growing 50% a year for years to come.

Its hard to argue with that, but for now they are.

Good to hear about the brokerage integration, in terms of ETFs I guess it might be helpful but one of the advantages of a small individual investor is to do something different than all the passive ETFs

Nice platform, but is the load time only long on mobile devices?

Fastgraphs is a nice tool and I have been using it for years with satisfaction. There is one thing I still can't explain; What does it mean when the white space between the orange and blue lines widens or narrows over a certain timeframe? While the multiples are always the same at every point where you touch the lines.

It is simply visually showing you that the growth rates over the periods when the lines are wider are accelerating and when the lines are narrowing growth is decelerating. Look at the very bottom of the graph and look at the growth rates between each year that your viewing. You can also use your slider and go back and look at the years were growth was lower etc. Note how the slopes of the line are different sometimes rising steeply sometimes falling.

Question…for LLY how come earnings growth rate is so off?

Sorry, I do not follow LLY. Suggestion, check the financial statements and see if you can figure it out.

It’s a great tool and you are all great folks BUT the video is now 45 minutes in and you have all shown the same concept over and over….. really repetitive

Thanks for the kind words and the feedback. There are a lot of subscribers that need help understanding how to interpret tool and/or how to use it effectively. The real challenge with any educational format is providing information that relates to all levels, neophytes to advanced. Thank you for understanding, regards, Chuck
