This music... This image... I feel like it's around 10pm in some big city on a summer night. Mid 90s... I'm a businessman away on a work-related trip and this is my hotel's lobby bar... I decide to stop by for a well deserved drink and some time to myself...

I'm working on a video game with this exact premise - It's going to be a visual novel in the same style as a game like Snatcher or Policenauts (both from Hideo Kojima) but with a far more expansive story and a more intricate style of gameplay that rewards exploration of menu options.

@@virtual_fever I would be honored. It is a slow burn given the complexity of what I'm trying to do and the fact that I'm working alone but man - it would thrill me to no end for just one person to play it and go "Wow! That was great!"

This is really smooth and certainly has a wonderful early 2000s feel like some have mentioned. It is like the 80s music we all listened to in the 90s got slowed down a bit and is playing from speakers in the back of the bar in a chill video game on an old computer.
