It sounds like Bing Crosby (or someone who sounds remarkably like him), maybe a live radio program aircheck?

I am not sure if it is an aircheck because the structure of each track on the record is the same as a normal LP. Plus, there isn't any commentary from a host either. Also, it could be Bing Crosby and that was my guess too, but I think the voice on here is a bit too light to be his. Maybe that's just the quality of my recording, though.
