    VC is very clear on what he says. I mean, the issue of writing a CV can not be a university problem. You could easily learn that by your own.

    Some of those soft skills should be taught to students b4 they leave university. The university can for instance start graduate trainings for third year students to prepare them for the job market. That's what happens in Ugandan universities.
