Invisible man is my favorite universal monster so when I heard he was going to get a spotlight with this years maze I was ecstatic. I went the other day and the fact he only shows up once not even to scare you but just to talk. My disappointment was immeasurable. Watching a video on Orlando’s invisible man just rubbed salt into the wound. Why couldn’t we get that.

They outdid themselves this year, budget was insanely high this year job well done!

@@kuppycakes1097yep I agree, but that’s usually how it goes every year. All of Orlando’s houses are in soundstages which give them the upper hand and they get a way higher budget than hollywood. I will say the other hollywood houses look amazing it just seems like this house was their least prioritized. It’s also team member preview which every year always has little to no scare actors. So i’m waiting until opening day for better Povs.

Loved this house. The actors where on point especially the phantoms ! Honestly the best so far in my opinion. But Didn’t like all the black hallways though. Felt like the budget went down the farther you went into the house. 😅

Maybe it’s not done? That last half is mostly black walls and it just ends. I don’t get it. Universal has so much money, and the HHN Orlando version is jaw dropping. It’s the same company!!

@@imsocool5932 I know, I know. Different departments and all that. It's just baffling. But I guess as long as people keep going and buying alcohol, there is nothing to justify increasing the budget. Sounds pretty much like Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens.

Minus the bits of dark stretches, I like the story of this Monsters house more than Orlando's! I like you guys get the actual Catacomb vibes and the scares seem super unique. Very jealous!

I ended up going to hhn twice last year and this maze made me run out of there both times I went... No maze has ever made me do that before. 🤣🤣

i was considering not watching the walkthrough of this house, and I gotta be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I was expecting a little more set wise. Especially since Legends Collide had only one section of black walls. I think for the Hyde section, they could've expanded the laboratory instead of just having black walls. Some of the scares are cool. I liked that they had the classic Phantom at the end, but other than that, I was expecting more. Maybe it's better in person 🤷‍♀

The one in Orlando was so much better. Why do the Hollywood mazes lack dimension and have so much blank space?

They were doing so well at first... then boom, black hallway syndrome. Why can't Hollywood manage to completely theme a house?? They're literally in a place full of set designers, haunts with a fraction of their budget and twice the house length manage it... i don't know why they keep failing...

@@imsocool5932 doesn't seem like an excuse though. I've built fully themed mazes in yard haunts that don't have any dead space, and I can tell you my budget was a fraction of a fraction of what HHN can bring to bear. If it is money then someone is just straight up wasting it.
