UNITY MATTERS: 20,000 Clans Shut Down City of Chartres

So, what’s the takeaway? By now, most RTV viewers know that 20,000 people got together and walked from Paris to Chartres over the course of last weekend, and that another million viewers tuned in on Pentecost Sunday Mass when C-News showed up to livestream the entire traditional Latin Mass across France. But, again, what’s the takeaway? Why does it matter? If I didn’t walk to Chartres on pilgrimage why should I care if somebody else did?
Michael J. Matt explains exactly why it matters to anyone and everyone who wants to know what happened to our world, who did this to us, and how we’re going to take it back.

I am back in England having walked the pilgrimage with my son with the Scottish Chapter .... In sixty years I have never experienced anything as incredible, uplifting and emotional as this as a Catholic(apart from the sacraments). It has transformed my spiritual life.

French media is dodging covering the pelgrimage by implying it's a den of "extreme right wingers" but in a few days they will waste our time with "Pride Month". Independant content is really important in that regard. Bring it on.

We desperately need people like you and all the traditional Catholics who have a voice to speak for us. Mexicans have a very deep strong faith and I am gong to unite to the new Cristero movement that’s working very hard to preserve our faith. I hope one day you can join us in my home land. Unite the clans. We’re not many but faithful & willing to give our lives if needed to preserve our Catholic faith. “Viva Cristo Rey y viva la Virgen De Guadalupe ”🙏🙏

After over 18 months of doggedly attending the only Latin Mass in our province - KwaZulu Natal in South Africa which entails a 45 min drive and attending Catechism during the week another 45 min drive our dear French priest who recently took over the Parish finally indicated I could receive Baptism on Pentecost. What a day! My sponsor did this pilgrimage 25 years ago. Accompanying the girl of his dreams and a devout Catholic. He started off on the pilgrimage a non Catholic and returned from it a convert. 25 years later married to the girl of his dreams, 9 children later and my sponsor at my Baptism on this anniversary of his conversion. All under the watchful eye of our SSPX priest. The world can be a wonderful place!

I participated in 2019 ... 65 years old. Went by myself. It is not to be missed. I rode on a bus part of day two; managed to actually get into the Cathedral for Mass in Chartres and kneel on those ancient stones. I'll never forget that, the size of the stones in the floor. I was not a TLM person -- didn't know the prayers in Latin, none of that. So, I wasn't really prepared to fully grasp what I was experiencing. I wish I could go again. Maybe I could be some kind of volunteer. I missed being able to see the Crown of Thorns in Paris. Need to go back.

Why can't a similar traditional Catholic pilgrimage be organised in the USA?

551 / 5 000 The Chartres pilgrimage is historic, it has existed since the Middle Ages, the Kings and Queens of France came there as early as 1215, because Chartres is called the Jerusalem of the North and will play an important role at the time of certain events which will shake up the world. Pilgrimages are born from religious events, or events, as was the war (14/18) or from natural plagues. You don't organize a religious pilgrimage like a show, or a hiking trip. It is impossible to recreate or copy Chartres, that would make no sense.
