My bot had a serious issue with the "Companion Mode", she would turn sideways, but still walk forward. Unitree was great, they sent a replacement head/remote and I got it in less than a week, not bad at all.... I'm also doing a Furby head for Bobbie. I got the stl files from Austin Bradley's web site. I'll be doing videos for both efforts, stay tuned.
