@@NoahZerbe Thanks professor. I am not in the United States. I am in Ghana. Our Universities do not do that. The government gives students loans. I've applied for it, it's been 7 months now, the government has not released the fund. I have to weeks more to pay. I have to work, but I have exams to write too. It was 400 dollars but I've paid 150 dollars.
