Hello picky plan, happy Eid Al Adha i want ask you a question about tin/solder remover. I ever watch your video about make that solution from Urea Nitrate, nitric acid, and citric acid, but i don't know how many each chemical should i add, can you telling me how much each chemichal needed to make the solution also what's the actual name of this tin remover solution? Thank you.

Hi happy Eid, It is a urea based solder remover you can make it this way: Dissolve 15 grams of urea in 800 ml of distilled water Then add 200 ml of nitric acid then dissolve 60 grams of citric acid in the solution. Now you can put your parts in to remove solder.

Good job,man!It's safer than Cyanide stripping.

Thanks mate❤️ I've done it before because it's my product. The main ingredients are what i referred to , yes you can make it but you may need to play with it to find a sweet spot , what actually works best for you.

Problem is I have 15kg of 'gold' boards (stripped of components) so need a lot of powder or a lot on HNO3! would take approximately 30 liters of liquid to cover all the pieces. Same issue with 12 kg of gold bearing scrap, connectors, pins etc...... Any thoughts..??

Yes I'm selling now , trying to get to the mass production level. You can simply add 200 grams of powder to 30 liters of water . Let it sit for 24 hours then start electrolysis. Also you can use it for gold bearings for thicker gold plating you would need a more concentrated solution up to 5 percent concentrated ( Every 10 grams of stripping powder is able to dissolve roughly 1 gram of gold)

It's sodium thiosulfate + potassium ferricyanide + calcium hydroxide You can order it online from a chemical shop.

Because it's not cyanide.... Based on thiosulfate and ferricyanide (K3FeCN6) (which is not toxic as NaCN or KCN)

Not worth it.
