I watch multiple Italian real estate listings on various channels. You are in the top 2 for your videography. Even in a complicated house like this one, I always know exactly where I am in relation to the rest of the house. And your multiple takes of some area's allow a complete understanding of a room especially kitchens and bathrooms. Some channels will linger on inconsequential things and I always wonder why. Great house, wish it had more green space.....the only other thing (which you liked but I didn't) was the one bathroom with all the tiny tiles, outdated looking, a nightmare to clean. Keep up the great work.

A beautiful modern home. I think Italians must have better balance than I do. It always surprises me that these homes have stone stairs, sometimes quite steep, yet I have never seen a banister/hand rail for safety.

I love to see such a substantial house with modern, high quality fittings and materials. The basement is the highlight I think, as the main living room is in between doors and stairs and is small. It’s a pity it’s not 200 or more metres outside of the town like villas sometimes are, with a bigger plot - there are a lot of windows from other houses overlooking the house, but not at the back where it’s very private. Hopefully a local family with connections there will buy it very soon as it’s a lot of money for a small town in Molise but it would cost more than this to build today. It’s a fine property ❤thank you for great videos!

Nice house, spacious. Bedroom design doesn't allow for any queen size bed , not mentioning king size . All beds will fit small kids or teenagers only. IMHO it's a fatal flaw

Hi Pam. In the US that's correct. In the UK/Australia/New Zealand/South Africa homely means cozy. This particular word is something that has been discussed in the comment section before 👍
