What Montego Bay desperately needs is good low priced rental apartments for the city's low wage BPO and tourism workers...one way to rid the city of slum housing....

I swear the Jamaican comment section full of negativity no matter what it is 😂😂.. If a high end complex show comment section full of government need fi build affordable housing for the average Jamaican . When a complex show for the so called average Jamaican it still have negativity …. Wow

Lol. You know nothing about Mobay. Google "Tara Estate" in Montego bay. Nothing in Portmore can compare. After that, research "22 Freeport", "Spring Farm (Rosehall)". Let me know if you want more.

Those houses aren't affordable. The least you are looking at is $20 million dollars. NHT aim is to keep demand high and supply low. This is an attempt to keep the price of houses high.

Why the negativity? The people who they're catering for don't have the money to buy your concept . Imagine if everyone get to dictate their own style,how much you thing it would cost to build one of those house. These are starter home.. the place is mot even finish you don't know if they're allowed to build on to the house.. these types of sub division tend to allow people to build on to it. .its for working class people not for the elites. Imagine they have to draw over 200 different architecture for each. .with this one design it cut down on cost.
