I feel this is a very good move by the Indian Government. This can help eliminate many unfair religious practices which include child marriage, marrying more than 1 woman (as per Islamic laws) and much more. I highly support this. Way to go!

Bt for divorce he didn't approach court... Nd he misuse our Muslim sheriat and send me first talaq... So in conclusion... A muslim man can misuse these type of unilateral talaq anytime in his mrrg life when he fed up his old first wife nd wants a new life... Without explaining anything to anyone... It is still valid and is the way to divorce as per Muslim personal law. Modi made INSTANT triple talaq unlawful. ഏക സിവിൽ കോഡിനെ പറ്റി അഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ പുതിയ നിയമത്തിന്റെ ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് എവിടെ? ഷുക്കൂർ വക്കീലിന് അയാൾ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ മക്കൾക്ക് സ്വത്ത്‌ എഴുതികൊടുത്തൽ പോരെ? ശ്രീനിവാസൻ പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ 1,2,3 എന്ന് പറഞാൽ ത്വലാഖ് ആവൂല 1 ചെല്ലി ആറുമാസം ഒരേ വീട്ടിൽ ശാരീരിക ബന്ധം ഇല്ലാതെ ജീവിച്ച് ഒത്തു പോകില്ല എങ്കിൽ മാത്രം 2 ചെല്ലാൻ പറ്റൂ (സിനിമ, ചില വ്യക്തികൾ ചെയ്യുന്നത് അല്ല മതം). 2018 ൽ നിയമ കമ്മീഷൻ UCC നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതാണ്. ഗോവയിൽ വിജയിച്ചിട്ടില്ല ഇപ്പോഴും വിവാഹം എല്ലാം പല നിയമങ്ങൾ ആണ്.

The right to live with dignity, right to earn, right to have their own choice of food, dress and right to belive in what he/she think good for him/her, despite having a constitution, a justice system and institutions to support people? Same will be with UCC. Thus issue is put forward only to hijack more important issues that concern citizens. That doesn't mean each religious community should not try to reform their personal laws that discriminate people on the basis of gender, caste or creed.

അപ്പൊ ജനറൽ വിഭാഗത്തിനു സീറ്റ് ഇല്ലേ 🤣🤣🤣. അതിൽ കേറാൻ ഉള്ളവർ കേറുന്നുണ്ട്. പിന്നെ എല്ലാവർക്കും ജോലി സംവരണം മാറ്റിയാലും കിട്ടില്ലല്ലോ. സംവരണം എന്നത് പദവി പരമായി പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തെ സമൂഹത്തിൽ ഉയർത്താനാണ്. അല്ലാതെ ജോലി യിലൂടെ പൈസ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ അല്ല. അങ്ങനെ ആണേൽ എല്ലാ ജോലിക്കും അതിന്റതായ മര്യാദയില്ലേ അതുപോലെ ഇതിലും കൂടുതൽ പൈസ ഉള്ള എത്രയോ ജോലികൾ ഉണ്ട്.എന്തിനു ഇതിൽ മാത്രം കേറാൻ നോക്കണം. കാര്യം ഒന്നേ ഒള്ളു പദവി. ജാതി വാൽ മാറ്റാനും ഇതര ജാതി, മത വിവാഹവും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിച്ചാൽ തന്നെ സംവരണം തന്നെ നിന്നോളും.

എടൊ ആദ്യം ഈ നിയമത്തെ ക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്ക്. ജാതിയ സംവരണത്തേക്കുറിച്ച് ucc ഒന്നും പറയുന്നില്ല. അത് ഭരണ ഘടനയുടെ ആർട്ടിക്കിൾ 15,16ൽ ആണ് പറയുന്നത്. ഇത് ആർട്ടിക്കിൾ 44ആണ്

If there is no uniform civil code it will be a discriminatory society with uneven rules for individuals for being born to a religion for no fault of theirs! Such an act should be in place without delay to support individuals on equal terms! Abusive rights are not fundamental rights and human society is meant to move forward towards humanity and equality! The sky has not fallen in Goa that adopted UCC. No hesitation is needed to apply in the national level!
