For this reason The Unifics will be approached to be part of the 7th Annual Classic R&B Weekend in November 2013. Last time I saw them in Philadelphia at a moon Man affair they WERE OUTSTANDING receiving multiple standing ovations because the group is tight and Al Johnson is a genius!!!

I saw them so long ago and the Temptations had nothing on this group. They worked in the dark with those gloves glowing and it was showmanshipé

Aaron, you should be very proud. Your fathers group was one of the few groups that, in my opinion had moves that were up there with the Temptations, Contours and Anthony and the Imperials. And, they sounded great as well. It is always so nice when family members chime in on these posts.

Saw your father at the Apollo the unifics are one of the greatest groups that ever took the stage. They could turn a show completely out, I would not want to come on behind them. They would always give you an outstanding performance.
