Definitely need to see a video on how to wire up an alarm to this thing. Also, a video showing how you can have a door sensor which tells a smart plug to turn off the air conditioning when the door is opened, and turns it back on when the door is closed.

@@ctaaaaaaa Cus then you need multiple apps, duh. If your system is all integrated as one system with all functionality and notifications on the one platform then it’s simple. As they say, keep it simple stupid. If Ubiquiti are already bringing out sensors then it makes sense to make it a complete system.

Hi Kodi, I really love your unifi videos, I was wondering if you could make a video on unifi protect, access and talk multi site management (having same credentials and permissions that work between different sites with different dream machines or UNVR or cloud keys). Basically the setup is going to be to have a user be able to use their door access credentials in different offices and can call a different site/office with and internal extension through talk.

Took me awhile to get the Bosch DS-160 to work with the Seco-Larm 1200# mag lock. But it's fairly easy. The mag locks are a total pain to install, and it looks like the upcoming Ubiquiti one is the same as the Seco-Larm one. I hope not. The Seco-Larm works fine, but the template and the mounting bracket wiring hole is a little bit off. Not to mention that if you use the washer to rubber washer to washer the door bolt is next to impossible to get tight. I think I'll have to look into the door strikes more.

Grate video,lots a good info. Can a numerical keypad be add to this system for like a hotel style Airbnb property with?

I wish they'd take the shell of the Hub and turn it into a Unifi replacement for wired home security sensors, essentially a better made konnected with its own branch of supporting displays and other hardware.

Can you add more than one thing in the hub to open the door(button and the sensor)?.

could you show how it works with DPS ? i have bougth dps and connected. but dont see any changes in the interface

Is the battery acting as a power outage back up? Meaning, can the lock run over POE normally, and if the power goes out switches to battery?

Can you run motion sensor and wave button at same time but program motion sensor for business ours and wave button for off hours?

does this have motion sensors without the bell being pressed?

We are installing in a building where the existing door strikes require 24v. I have purchased the new Enterprise Hub. How do I send out 24v to that strike. My understanding is that it only send out 12v.

Hi Cody, can I unlock 2 strike locks individually with 2 access readers and just 1 access hub?

@@MactelecomNetworks could you please answer those other two questions? Can you have the ubiquiti hand wave sensor and the motion sensor wired in together? Or is it just one or the other? And also - wiring diagram URL is not there, can you please add?

yeah alarms, I'm a little confused. Why so many ways to open the lock? Whats the point of the hand one? Like does only recognize your hand and your family or can anyone open it by there hands?
