Friends and family ALWAYS try to make murdered victims seem like victim of circumstances, NO ONE moves in your house without permission and if they do getting them out should be easy. I met a guy at the beach when I was 17 I didn't like his appearance or attitude, so I told him my name was Nicole, next day he was out side my home , that was a red flag before I knew what red flags were. The only way he found my home was to follow me home. He proceeded to 'happen to be in my neighborhood ' kept leaving things that my roommates were glad to receive. One day he came and asked when we can go out I told him NEVERERY!!!! he got mad and asked back for things I never recieved because of a deceitful roommate, to summarize he told me anytime he saw me with a Man he would hurt us both, thankfully he tried to take back his money after losing a gambling game, and he was killed on the spot. My condolences to the victim , we are ALL allowed to make mistakes however some cost us more than regret.

Here’s my theory. Duck stopped off at the gas station before he torched the car. Needed to get something flammable. While there he figured he might as well add some strange dna to the mix to make him look innocent. Went in the bathroom with the bra and wiped it on the toilet or something. That’s why we don’t know what kind of dna sample it is, it was randomly planted by Duck

Some animals actually sound like women being murdered when they call. Foxes for example are often mistaken for women being attacked when they call. Some birds even sound like screaming people when calling too. Its very easy to assume a fox or bird is a person screaming like it is a person screaming to be a fox or bird.

If it were easy to spot the abusers at the beginning we wouldn’t have the abuse rates we currently have. And honestly, the people in this thread are putting the blame on women instead of calling out the men who are assholes. So instead of “women, don’t let these losers in your lives” we should instead maybe say “men, don’t be losers” Edit: and yes this goes the other way around, but everyone is talking about women knowing better so there we are.

There’s an Evil Lives Here episode about this case. Kevin’s brother talks more about him as a child and how his violent tendencies escalated. What I want to know is if the police ever tested Kevin’s brother and sisters dna again the sample. I don’t think they’d help Kevin willingly but it’s also not hard to imagine Kevin threatening them if they didn’t help. Kevin once claimed to be his brother John when he got arrested so he doesn’t have any qualms about involving family in the process.
