Also, gang leaders in many countries prey on beautiful women. Dawood Ibrahim has done it, Pablo Escobar did that to many girls when he was alive, and several other gang leaders and politicians. There is a difference between an 'individual' 'choosing' to share/or to not share location, vs the government tracking it even if the individual does not want to. It happened in the US and several tech companies told the government and FBI agencies to back away.
