Jacob's made his house a real home, and his sweet character shines out like his Christmas lights. So happy for this young man that he was able to find his home and his work in such a caring community. Of course it helps that someone like Randy was there to make it happen. ❤💚 ❤

Fully agree! I would love for my son to go up and seriously look at buying a tiny home!! We have the land… but he thinks he wants a “real house” which is out of range for him! He needs to speak with Jacob and see his place.

@@arbonneladyTN If he can manage a tiny home now, it would be such a good investment for him! Even if he buys a 'real house' later in life, it can be used as a rental to provide him income in the future, and would save him so much in rent until then.

I tried ti like them all but obviously missed many, but please know, I am so grateful for you expressing such love and blessings toward Randy and my son Jacob! I'm so grateful for Randy giving Jacob a job there, and making it possible he could afford a ITH. I give all Glory to God Alone! Jacob, I really like your floor plan and you being able to sit comfortably in the living room and then sleeping in the loft was quite a joy. In addition, you are the first homeowner in ITH community that has a small washing machine and dryer in one unit called the DECO. Jacob, I will be moving into The Grove soon and I will be living in the 8 x 20 Incre-I-Box. I love how you have added the washer/dryer underneath the sink. As an active male I agree having a washer/dryer to wash clothes from a spin class, a hike, or a game of pickleball is a must. God Bless you my brother in Christ!

I really like how this home has just the one window in the back and the two sides without. Some people probably prefer more windows but when I look at the designs I find that when there are no windows on the 2 sides in the living room it allows so much more options for placing furniture and tv's and such.

Yes, and if you want more natural light, have them put in a couple of hopper windows up high on the side walls.

Check their website... The model is the Austin.. Without dormers (8x20)...you can get it with dormers too.. And if you need the 16 foot length.. You would have to ask about pricing/availability... Or watch for the woody line to launch.. Might be a model there you like..
