The reason why Tiffany doesn’t want to tell James her supervisor is, is because she knows she is going to get in trouble! She’s just delaying the inevitable. She even ran from office to office trying to interfere with James efforts to find out who her superiors are!! Thanks James I know you’re going to follow this through. Great job James.

@@TTA42800, James, this audit was a great illustration of the differences in behaviors between the so-called holdouts and flippers as noted from the post office with Muhammed. At the post office, Muhammed simply flipped or became born-again for the cause after only a half hour of proselytization or advocacy. At the Circuit Court House, the office worker lady left no stone unturned in her attempt to refute the validity of your right to film in the limited-public forums of the court house’s offices. Which type of person would you prefer fighting for your interests? Perhaps, it all depends . . . what say you?

She won’t get in trouble though. The bosses never do anything because they always back their employees. They make it difficult to get the information because they assume you’ll eventually give up not realizing there’s the minority who will follow up and not let it go and TTA is one of them so Tiffany not giving up the isn’t gonna work.

They’re not forced to create privacy. They expect you to disregard your rights to satisfy their feelings so they can just do it in public. That’s the exact problem that they don’t create privacy when needed. Instead, they tell us we cant film and we need to get out blah blah blah when in reality they should be creating privacy for their clients when needed so they don’t infringe on other people’s rights.

We have a right to film in public but the more important thing is they protect the peoples information. That woman should have been in a room right away. They leave our info out in public so people can see it over hear it. If a camera can record it they are not protecting it. Anyone can go in without a camera and get that info. This must be said every audit.

The problem with giving out co-workers full names is that their could be an HR policy when an employee is protected by a privacy procedure such as a stalking/harassment order. Some states/cities/counties allow first name but many want it in a FOIA so it can be processed properly by HR. The employee has an obligation to give their name themselves and/or show their employee ID badge, unless they are under temporary privacy policy.

My point is that we shouldn't harangue or discredit the public workers for attempting to insure the privacy of their domestic violence victims - there are obviously good reasons for this. And if the auditor has any human decency, they wouldn't try to expose such a victim in any way, legal rights aside.
