I hope Mr Yadalahi's supervisor is proud of him for standing up for someone in need of his support. Every officer in that station could take a lesson from his compassion, patience, and willingness to face the risks and consequences of choosing to stand up for what is right. He did that without a badge, a gun, a bulletproof vest, or any backup to call on. That is courage and service to the community.

But just take under advisement, alot of people who want to be cops do so for the wrong reasons. Being a cop is the number one job for pyscopaths. 40% of police have either been convicted of or admitted to committing domestic violence on their spouses.

The fact that the, Pathologist had clearly stated, "that he was concerned for the womens safety," and then immediately threatend with arrest by the San Francisco Cop, and did not want to to leave the women alone with the bully cop, is telling evidence of the Cop's own unstable mental state, As it was exhibted by the cop in trying to invent a crime, rather than listening and hearing the hit and run victim, give her verbal report of what had happened to her. Which is a crime by someone driving a vehicle. It is plainly obvious that the cop did not want to do the job, that he was hired for in the first place.

I love this comment! It is a perfect summation of the video while hitting the most important issue we see with a lot of these law enforcement videos: "They are the expert, because they did Basic Law Enforcement Training". You could hear the scorn in Mr. Austin's voice when he heard Mr. Yadollahi had a Masters. Immediately Austin started down a different accusatory line of questioning for "what certifications in that..." and then was unfamiliar with what a speech pathologist is able to do for our hospitals and for their patients. Bro kept trying to insinuate that only a medical doctor could make a determination, then he took the word from the paramedics that showed up. They aren't doctors either! Glad to see the hot head is removed from his position.

OK, and if you're a law enforcement officer then you should know not to mentally assault 2 people that were coming in to seek help from the law, instead you broke the law and victimized two people at one time. Gaslighting requires the absence of third parties. And gaslighting is clearly his preferred tactic dealing with people. This whole scheme by the cop fell apart specifically because he was never allowed to be alone with either victim. That's why when I'm having an online debate with someone and they ask me to take the conversation private, I insist it remain in the public forum. I know damn well they only want the privacy to allow for gaslighting.

The reason he doesn't listen is because the women has an accent and sometimes isnt grammatically correct due to English most likey not being her first language. In his mind that means shes on something. Sickening that he was ever a cop. If it was someone with an accent from an English speaking country or white at that i believe the outcome wouldyve been completely different. We need to protect these vaunerable women. As a woman myself i understand the fear she faced being unable to defend herself against a police officer trying to take her alone somewhere, an officer whose much bigger and can most likey get away with most things due to the corrupt system. The sad thing is they wouldn’t let me call anyone, my mum and pregnant wife had a missing persons out on me with cops telling them they had no idea where I was. One of the cops told my now ex wife that he had reason to believe I was in Plymouth with my real wife. Guess what the main divorce reasoning was? Getting off track what I mean to say is now the cops could be arresting armed men st gunpoint and I’ll walk over to them and ask if they need me to call anyone or do anything. You can be trespassed from public office's, there is always time, place, and manner restrictions in public spaces. But John could not have violated any of the restrictions of that police station. He had legitimate business at the office, was not disrupting any services, and the officer issued no lawful commands. He has the first amendment right to speak, and that doesn't go away because a officer is questioning someone. This isn't a officer with someone in hand cuff, he is having what is supposed to be a consensual conversation with the women, the only way he gets privacy to talk to her is if she consents as she is not the subject of a criminal investigation.
