I looooove when people show the actual unhaul process itself and not just the resulting pile. It helps motivate me to unhaul some of my own books.

When unhaul I always remind myself someone is going to find that book and be thrilled. Helps me with the mental let it go process 😂

I rather see a person with blank shelf spaces opposed to keeping book because it looks pretty or it fills the spaces. It irks me when people say they hated the book but its pretty.

I try not to hold on to books unless I give them at least 4 stars, I def need to to an unhaul soon. One of the main reasons I'm scared to annotate books if they aren't a reread is if I end up not liking it then can't get rid of it 😩 🌹🌹🌹

The Raven Cycle is one of my 2 tied-for-first favorite series of all time, and I have 2 tattoos for it, so in a *totally not biased* way I highly recommend trying it again 😂

I think I read the kite runner in highschool and I can’t remember a single thing about it. Great unhaul! Loved hearing the thought process behind it.

Okay I feel this so hard, I stopped annotating books until I know for sure they’re gonna be a fave or the author is a fave bc so many would be meh and then I would be unhauling an annotated copy which just felt sad lol

The Seven Realms series, (Demon King being book 1) is actually really amazing and SO underrated! 4 books in the main series. I read many adult fantasies and this series as a YA totally was worth it and amazing!!! Spin off series which is 4 books is also amazing! Give it a try! They are so underrated!

convincing you to read the charm offensive: it was such a beautiful story that took this bacheloresque trope in a direction i didnt expect but loved! im not much for romance, it takes a lot for me to love it so maybe my judgement isnt the best BUT i adored the way mental health rep was shown and discussed in such a safe and healthy way! i think the author did a great job at writing about serious mental illnesses in a respectful way that really touched me as someone who could relate to some of the characters! the characters have their flaws but i think it is done in a way that doesnt make them annoying but moreso made them feel real!

Love your unhaul videos! I was a big Sarah Dessen fan in high school. The only book I kept after rereading the ones I had is The Truth About Forever. Not to say Lock and Key was bad - her books are really easy to read. I’m just picky about what books I keep :)

some months ago i unhauled all my shadowhunter books and grishaverse books some are even special editions. i still have most of em bc im tryin to sell em to make some money but takes soo much time for books to sell and they taking space ngl, i also have some more books under my bed for sale its been years and they barely sell ugh. i wanna read grave mercy that cover is pretty. i still have my hush hush series i dont think i sold em (some months ago i sold a bunch of my portuguese books bc i read em in my native language yearsss ago but i dont think i sold those). i liked her original trilogy with the aliens i cant remember the title i read em yearsss ago but then she came out with a spin off and i read em but just mehh just wasnit hitting the same and ive sold em years ago

You should definitely read the first book in that JR Ward series Dark Lover. It’s a very long series but among my favorites- I recommended it to two people at work and they both ended up binging all the books. Just saying 😏

Omg, you are one of the only book tubers i have heard dnf an ember in the ashes. I read book one disliked it, but i continued and half way through book two i said nope, there are so many better books out there so i dnf’d the series. I do not think the series is worth the hype it is given.

You could totally sell your annotated books. People would love them

If you’re not able to sell or donate your annotated copies I would highly suggest gifting them to reader friends that don’t own the book you’re unhauling or do a giveaway for people that want them (especially for the special editions)!!
