The reason for anything iron copper or metal of any form hasn't been found seems likely that they were melted down and re used long ago

This is the argument they use. The didn't find any steel tools. Ask any builder does he leave his expensive tools on a job after he has finished. Of course not.

@@harveysmith100 One of hardest cutting material is diamond, not steel. Why the eff will they use steel (which they didn't have) when they are stones out there that can do the job.

@@TemplarX2 You are 100% correct. I was just using steel as an example. The point is, any expensive tools have never been found for the reasons I stated.

The Egyptians created a method of casting that is still in use today, it was called the lost wax method. IMOP this vase was cast, that would explain the handles and the hollowed-out center. I once worked as a foundry Engineer and delt/designed these types of molds. Chris seems like an intelligent guy and me being an engineer can relate to his shop lingo and references, but I am somewhat taken a back he doesn't mention this being cast. That's exactly how that form would be made today. Joe asked the perfect question! How was it hallowed out? Chris dodged the question.......the answer was it was cast.

To know the past we must contemplate our present considerations of future One of our biggest problems is how we handle nuclear waste, half life is a killer. How do you leave a message for people 10,000 years in future to not to fuck with this shit, it can kill you. We don’t know if they will speak the same language or even be humans We must learn from our ancestors and leave it writing in stone in all languages in all parts of the world

Those holes could’ve been drilled out within the last 500 years. Or even the last thousand years or 1500 years. or 2500 years we’ve had drilling technology they could do stuff like that for quite a while now. The Romans had the Egyptians had it. The Greeks had it. What about the crustaceans that are stuck to the pyramids? How did those get there? The only way that’s possible is if the pyramids where cover by the ocean.

Uh, were there diamonds in ancient times? The entire ancient world was ALL about stonework, do we think they didn't know the properties of gems and stones? Do engineers think that diamonds were only discovered in the 1850's? Diamonds can be found on South African beaches to this day. Ancient Egypt had active trade with far-flung parts of the world, particularly India, where there are world-class diamonds. Diamonds are small and easily transported as a trade item. Even if they had to come from far-flung parts of the world, they would have been sought after for stone work once their properties and utility became known. Can someone please build a diamond lathe and turn a piece of granite for us or make some delicate Alabaster bowls? How about drilling a hole in granite? Even the primitive act of smashing a diamond to pieces, using thermal shock, would yield extremely sharp shards that could be fitted to various tool bodies while dripping water over the work piece, which would also produce a slurry that could be used as a finishing agent. Could there have been diamond chisels made to incise hieroglyphics giving them their sharp definition? It's not rocket science as to how this could have been done. The ancients were problem solvers as well as craftsmen. For a period of time, fine stonework in Egypt was a 'thing' the wealthy had to have. Obviously they were objects of beauty as well as function and probably commanded a nice price in the marketplace = motive. If diamonds became non-available, the knowledge of their use and techniques of production would have quickly faded after a generation or two. I have a beautiful black granite Mexican mortar and pestle. I guarantee it wasn't made using copper chisels. Pretty sure it was made on a circular turntable, a very simple system for stonework and pottery.

the Egyptians had the gods. simple to understand. its what built many amazing ancient civilizations. pyramids and monuments. moses was gods greatest prophet. he had the finger of god in his ministry. since him the greatest rulers have been watered down. nobody can ever hold a candle to the pharos of egypt but... there never again rose up a Pharoh after god kicked their asses.
