Joe Rogan Experience
Graham Hancock, formerly a foreign correspondent for "The Economist," has been an international bestselling author for more than 30 years with a series of books, notably "Fingerprints of the Gods," "Magicians of the Gods" and "America Before," which investigate the controversial possibility of a lost civilization of the Ice Age destroyed in a global cataclysm some 12,000 years ago. Graham is the presenter of the hit Netflix documentary series "Ancient Apocalypse."

I think Joe deserves a bit of recognition for this episode, we all know how much he wants Grahams side to win this argument, a lot of us do because it’s a far cooler story but Joe holds a very central position and pushes back on both opposing sides when a valid point has been made. More episodes like this would be amazing but only because of Joes ability to remain open minded and moderate the conversation accordingly.

@@GardenofEdens Your entire comment is written in bad faith. You claim Graham and Rogan just want to believe, while Flint merely wants to educate. Yet during the video Graham presents ample evidence and points to back up his point of view, while Flint refuses (repeatedly) to even consider the points Graham is bringing up, treating them with ridicule and disdain (as he did when Graham started showing examples of underwater monuments). Graham also pointed out how the archeological community (and this smoothly translates to science communities at large) stifled and stomped out any opposition to their maintained views, ignoring evidence from their fellow members who were later proven right. They merely wanted to educate, just like Flint here does. There's a special place in the afterlife for folks like yourself.

hi joe. just finished watching the debate. you really were impartial. thanks for that. you were like any normal human being who want to know the truth. on the topic of debate itself, i gave a lot of credit to hancock' ideas earlier, mostly based on your podcasts with him earlier. but mr. dibble changed that. reminds you how important it is to collect facts, analyze and reach conclusions in that order. not the other way around. please bring in more conflicting ideas face to face in your future episodes please.

Everyone in this podcast gave their best. Joe was great host asking good questions, Jamie managed to find all the pictures while handling that hdmi cable, Graham fought three pairs of glasses and Flint kept his hat on without breaking his neck or headphones. This episode should go in history as one of the best.

Flint clearly is need much more rock dibbling to do and maybe less woke and more dibbling and have little bit of optimising. Make archeology interesting again. Hopefully this can lead Joe to talking to more archeologists, that have opinions based on actual evidence. At least Hancock has gotten more people interested, if only for them to become educated and realized he is obsessed with proving his hypothesis true, regardless of what the evidence shows.
Here's the thing about Flint Dibble. He came onto the pod, ready to present a set of information that he thought about for a long time. He is completely confident in not only the information but where it came from and how it feels expressing that information and the logical thinking behind the way it is presented. He also had that exact same energy for what he decided to wear.

@@sunshinepatsoph4219 "He seems to wishing to attack the opponent Who he don't daré to look in the eyes" Hancock has spent a good half of his life in situations exactly like these to sell his books to people one way or another. Dibble on the other hand spends most of his time bent over a dusty excavation trench or classifying stratified samples taken from it in a university somewhere for hours on end. Of the 2 you can expect the Dibble is abso-fµckin-lutely going to be more socially awkward in this situation, and that's even if he doesn't have some kind of autism, which I'm pretty sure he does.
