Hard to see it all without rushing. The road did look a bit narrow. Loved the coloured houses with the grey sky behind. Pleased the weather man was right! Love the head gear! Easy to lose track of the days.

Tip- you use a mussel shell to pick out the mussels. Much easier. This is the first of your Vlogs I have seen ( sent by Life Is Short) and enjoyed it very much. Chilled and relaxing vibe.

Well we are planning a return in the next year or so to do the north west of the country as we loved it so much

I love youtwo are precious. You remind me of me and my husband. I like your channel. Your a real sweet couple even when your having couple issues. I wish young people could learn from you both. Us older couples choose our battles wisely. Your both very entertaining and sweet and fun.

Jane takes the mickey out of me as I spent a fortune at the time as was talked into it my a good salesperson - but I have to say that freebie blanket is the best lol 😂

Really enjoyed that, plenty of laugh out loud moments 🤣 Will have to keep an eye out for that pub if we go back, the food looked amazing. The mussels were huge! Well done coping with that weather and good call to move on for the night with those winds coming. Look forward to seeing where you ended up 😀👍

You must remember my Aunt Joan as well.we probably bumped into each other on holidays

When I was a teenager, there were so many places we all could go for a private night of debauchery away from parents. Nowadays, kids still do the same things; but there are far fewer places for them to go. Today they are faced with gated roads, "No Trespassing" signs, and newer housing developments Places 40 years ago that were just a forested dirt road. Think of all the modern day urban sprawl. Not to mention Vanlifers Boondocking in their favorite spot! Lol...this JMO. I once woke up to kids (in Arizona) pulling up next to me, and shooting off their shotgun at 12:30AM. (I learned don't ever try boondocking at a gunrange way out in the desert.) I have a Sprinter Van...eventually I want to get LED spotlights set up on the top that would light up brightly all around the van. It's good they just ran off. The kids that were shooting off their shot gun stayed for a little while. (This was the USA) I had a pistol...but that's not much compared to three stupid kids and one 12 Gauge shotgun. I moved too. After they left.

The hovering bird is probably a kestrel. They’re common in Ireland and the only hovering bird of prey here apart the merlin which is much less common.

Hi Jane &Stew, another great video, I loved the old cars I wish I'd been there to get a longer look. In the old days before pubs opened on a Sunday my pals and me went for a drink in a hotel and then down to the Glasgow barras for a feed of mussels. Delicious.

Nice views, pubs, vintage cars, food,especially the black pudding( a bit of red sauce on the side would have topped it off). Great driving Stew, those roads can be so treacherous at times. The winds were really picking up. Thanks for sharing another great video.

That’s a difficult question as so many beautiful places - if it’s sunny and you want a beach day with a young family then the beach at Cullenstown was great in the sun. A good walk for the family then the three castles walk that leads to Dunlough Castle is a dramatic view Cobh museum is a great day out of the kids like that type of fact finding day
