    Let’s be clear it’s not the Warrior Era….its the Curry / LeBron Era, they started it all and specifically without Curry, there is no KD championships (he couldn’t beat LeBron without Curry), there is no Klay Thompson championships or Draymond Green championships without Curry, in fact the league does not become a 3pt shooting league without Curry, he changed the game……The League is where it is now because of Steph Curry and LeBron James….. so you want to talk about the Magic and Bird Era, the Michael Jordan Era, then dammit you have to talk about the Curry and James era because from 2013 to 2023…..Curry and/or LeBron has been in every NBA Finals except 2021 and 2023…..that is unheard of and incredible….thats 9 out of 11 years that these two players were part of every Finals except 2 in 11 years!

    I feel your pain but that does not work, if Klay and KD did not get hurt in 2019 the Warriors would have 5 rings and if Draymond had not gotten suspended in game 5 of the 2016 Finals where the Warriors were up 3-1, they would have 6 rings today.....hey if my aunt was a man, she would be my uncle and if "if" was a fifth we would all be drunk lol! I feel your pain but nobody is buying that logic lol!!!!

    @@sstanley00I agree with what you said in regards to his point (That Spurs loss hurt me that year lol but they made it up the next year) You have to keep the same logic by saying GS would have lost in 2015 had Love and more specifically Kyrie didn’t go down. Green missed one game. And had like a 36 pt triple double in game 7 when they lost to the Cavs.

    The component they’re missing to all of this is not only winning chips but relevance. Even though the Warriors won 4, teams did not want to play them because of the possibility of losing even if the Warriors weren’t playing great. They were on a 10-11 year stretch of relevance and got 4 chips out of it.

    @DJCal_Z20 күн бұрын

    I dont think Tatum will take Celtics to over 5 finals and win more than 3 finals. Next year it will 76ers vs Mavs and Mavs will take it. Then after next year Wemby at Spurs will have stars signing with CP3 veteran leader, CP3 will take Spurs to the playoffs with Wemby, then a 3rd star will go to Spurs and CP3 already helped the guard there get better. Spurs will win after 3 years, so Celtics will not win then either. Then 5 years from now, Lakers always find a way and we will win again, Celtics will be there and that will be a rivalry waiting to happen again. So yeah I agree with Steph! It seems so hard to see anther Dynasty, event though I lowered the bar for dynasty 3 finals wins is all it takes. Dynasty is 5 or more finals appearance with the same super star as the core and win over .500 wins. So yeah there has only been 8 dynasties and their stars are the GOATS! #1 Kobe 5/7 won at the youngest age 3peat will never be done again age 20-24 then winning alone superstar 3 more and repeating beating a 4star team Celtics GarnetPierceAllenRasheed vs 1superstar Kobe 1star Lakers. #2 is MJ or tied, hard to beat 6 -0 finals and getting everyone one paid millions more. #3 Magic also won finals at age 20 but as rookie he was fmvp with no superstar in his 1st finals team won 5/8 finals. #4 Duncan 5/6 same team #5 Curry 4/6 beat Lebron 3 finals yes 3, the 3rd final was rigged NBA ref kicked best defender out and refereed robbed the Warriors of their best 73 win season NBA history. #6 Bird 3/5 beat both Jordan and Magic when he was healthy. #7 BRussel 11 finals wins will never be done again but he was probably Robert Horry with 7 finals wins but same team 11 finals wins, definitely better than Lebrons 6 losses with different teams as journey men. #8 is Wade 3/5 Heats same team winning over.500 and appearing in 5 finals means that Wade was a dynasty in Heats.

    Let’s say this: the Celtics won’t win another championship with this group of people. This is just NBA marketing. Welcome back to the 1970s. When we left the 1960s domination by 11 and one, Boston Celtics and the influx of ABA players to create such parody that no one won the championship more than once. Portland, the Washington Bullets and perhaps the Sixers Were the only teams close enough to do it. We we current to this moment with the influx of international players totally saturating the league with talent. Just like the rules changed to prevent those 1960s Boston Celtics from becoming that type of dynasty, the new rules prevent the Golden State Warriors to become that type of dynasty

    It's was a completely nonsensical point. She talks as if the Euros are all elite players, no they are not. I'd argue the talent level has decreased. Players today are paid too much to early, resulting in only a handful of players being motivated enough to do what it takes to get to and stay on top. You look at the previous dynasties and they all had that one guy or 2 driven to be the best in a way that you don't see today. Look at Luka, he in the top 5 of the nba right now but this dude is not motivated enough to get into great shape so he can be the best he can be. That attitude you see across the league trickles on down to the whole team.
