I was going for Spence, and I'm not going to make any excuses. He nullified EVERYTHING that Spence does. He is the legitimate P4P. I was a fan before. I just didn't think he would beat Spence. He is deceptively strong, and he is definitely going to win belts at 154 because after Charlo moves up, he not testing this boy at all.

Spence has some power but he was too slow and predictable where Bud cud counter at will it seemed like. ex. the right hook that put Spence down he never saw coming. some of that is skill/ability and speed. Why guys like Mayweather are so good they can hit and move, hard to catch.

Been saying it for a decade now this man is different. He is a truly special fighter. Having grown up watching. The Four Kings in real time, i have always felt like Crawford is a throwback to those days and reminded me of a combination of Leonard, Hearns and Hagler. He switches stances and is a great body puncher and finisher like Hagler, is lean and mean with a great jab like Hearns, and super fast and skilled like Ray. It’s never been an accident that so many of the old school fighters like James Toney, Hearns, Floyd, Iron Mike, Antonio Tarver all have been so big on Bud for years now. Timothy Bradley knew the first time he sparred Bud that Bud is just different, he is a very special fighter. And now he is an all time great.

@@mojo_pheesome of them knew. When you too caught up in the narrative you forget to make sense of the game. It’s style v style and bud was always going to win this fight. The narrative made it closer than it really was. Whatever it is, tremendous fight by both fighters. RESPECT

Crawford solidified himself with the all time boxing greats. He made a beast of a fighter (Errol Spence) look like a C class fighter. He had an unbelievable performance.

The first time I watched his fight was against the Cuban Gomboka. Man, he is so talented! Very calm, patient to attack, gives respect to his opponents, as he studies all their abilities in the ring, knows the best time to attack, good at switching positions, he is not in a hurry for a KO, after all he knows he scores good enough points, BUT BEST OF ALL , HE'S THE UNDISPUTED COUNTER PUNCHER! He hurts you most when you think you have launched your best attack!

Same, Gamboa was the first fight for me too. You knew immediately back then, Crawford boxing was as clean as it get amongst elite historical boxers. Spence and Crawford were destined to cross paths, two clean, technical, Southpaw boxers. Lord spoiled us Bud fans tonight.

Still hasn’t sunk in, the level of destruction Crawford handed out yesterday. I can’t remember Porter, or even Ricky Burns, being punished as severely as Spence was last night. The manner of the victory is still unbelievable. I just hope Spence can bounce back and isn’t too damaged from this loss. No shame at all to lose to the greatest pound for pound fighter around today.
