It's left thumbstick click.

After the start screen where all the marks appear, I get a screen that says graphics configuration, and there it does not recognize anything, as if it did not recognize the keys on the keyboard, does anyone know if there is a solution to this?

At the time I believe a 2070 Super, 2nd gen i5. Old computer cant really remember, dont use it anymore
