The first (and only) time i've seen Underworld live was at Sydney Opera House about 2 yrs back. I went to the show alone and just soaked up the music. It seriously shaped my musical journey forever. Some of the most emotive music that exists was penned by these guys. It really covers every emotion under the sun. I feel a lot when i listen to Underworld. But most of all when I listen to these songs I always get a rush of energy and joy. Was so lucky to see that show!!!!

my parents took me to see underworld when I was like in 7th grade lol underworld and chem bros... my parents sat in the bleachers I was in the crowd with a friend afterwards my dad goes "that drummer is phenomenal"

That wee grin Karl does at 2.25…..any time I’m having a shitty day I come back and watch this video. Seeing the grin and watching Karl move as he feels the music automatically cheers my 45 year old arse up!

I have seen UW live more than any other band, by faaaaar. They really are Everything! Everything! "Snake fighting, life fighting". Fun fact: they used Donna Summer-Giorgia Moroder "I Feel Love" bassline as the basis for this track and after hours of jamming it out in the studio, Rick threw the towel in on trying to come up with a variation on it, calling it something like "impossible to improve on". He is right! I love both songs.

Glastonbury Festival 1998 was my first live Underworld experience. Had 5 more since. Look forward to more post covid.

Same here, man, same here... when I put on Beaucoup Fish - the best album I have ever heard in my life - I get goosebumps and a trip back home... I'm there again, everybody is there, everything's all right as it should be... the smells, the sounds, the memories.

I used to love skateboarding around just listening to this and Beaucoup Fish in my Discman until I ran out of batteries.* It was such a simple activity, yet so transcendent. Thank you for bringing this music into the world and making it a better place. *And occasionally nicking them from the supermarket, til I got caught and the cops told me I was a naughty boy and put me in the cells for a few hours.

I thought of this track just the other day. I was naked in Alexandra palace for a Spencer Tunick art installation. The last time I was there, (dressed most of the time). was new years eve and you were headlining. First time Id heard it. Blew my mind. This was the stand-out moment of the night.

Nice 12 min and 45 second cut of history. Love every second of it.

Karl, Rich and Darren need to get together again and make 2.0 version of this song , 20 years and counting and never get old ... that acapela climax with karl doing its thing ... a grand master ...

I graduated HS in 1999. I listened to Beaucoup Fish constantly that year, and I began at college. King of Snake especially takes reminds me of the energy I had at the time.

(Sorry for my poor English but it’s my mother tongue) These guys are really everything what a mix of Techno and real performing must be….emotions, energy, amazing sounds and beats and a top live act! I am already a die-hard fan of the early 80’s although their sound then was a slide different. I’ve seen them over a 20 times in those years but never, really never I had once a boring feeling by listening to the same songs. Every time they make something different from their known songs. Amazing what an energy they have on that age! I hope they will continu till they are 90…😉 Thank you Underworld for making the festival scenes so much better when you are on the line-up in Belgium/The Netherlands/France/Germany. Really love you guys!!!!

I heard this first on Matt Darey's Ibiza Euphoria, a pearl from the golden age of trance. I think the years around the Millenium were the top level of what this western civilization could reach: even in economics, standard of living, international connections, general freedom, film art, and not at last: music. Now on the slope, we can have at least wonderful memories.

Snake-fighting, it's very scary fighting snake. 🐍 This track, just awesome👌

Denver, CO Fillmore.. I traveled from Detroit.. show at Red Rocks was moved.. You and the traveling gentlefolk of your crew treated us to an amazing evening, including a performance of this song which blew the roof of the dump. I could feel the heat of the lights with every bright flash after the series of strobes. We miss you in Detroit, fellas..
