Its crazy how angry clover gets at asgore about everything like you could feel his anger as he sees the souls of the other fallen children

Clover's small reaction to things really can show how much character he has. His moments of just lashing out in rage is interesting cause it shows that he isn't always level-headed and can let his emotions and mindset get ahead of him

pov you did the true pacifist route but dont want to do the ceroba fight again for the flawed route

This ending works as a prequel to undertale but in my opinion the devs made sure to make it tasteless and kind of "punishing" if you choose to kill Ceroba as in you chose to take revenge instead of giving a second chance. This game is truly worthy of being an undertale prequel !

I don't get people saying that Starlo is being unreasonable. I think just about everyone, regardless of their previous morals or ideas, would act unreasonably upon learning their best friend was just murdered, especially by someone they previously considered a friend. Yes, there's an argument that Clover had good reason to kill Ceroba. However, from Starlo's perspective, it doesn't make sense. If Clover was the type to kill in self-defense, they would've killed Starlo. They would've killed dozens of monsters on their journey. Instead, they become his friend. And then they kill the most important person in his life.

Any knowledge of if you're forced to reset your entire save here ? Killed Ceroba to get what i thought would be the neutral ending but i didn't know this would get me this specific ending.

If you wanted to return from the last save point (and you didn't reset after the ending), go to AppData › Local › UndertaleYellow, open Save02.sav with Notepad or another app of your choice, and set all the values under [00] from 1.000000 to 0.00000, which should bring you back to your save before the fight.

Thanks for the video! Was really cool to see. I can honestly see Clover doing either ending for true pacifist. Both make sense.

What happen if choose "..." ? Is the second time i see this ending and both chooses the second one

It goes on as normal the both dialogues are the exact same

I like the scene before the battle, when the Final Encounter plays and Asgore gives a short speech. You can feel his sadness. And the end of the journey. In my opinion, in the end, Clover seems to take this outcome as a punishment for theyself, for only being able to save the fox mother from the deep grief she was suffering, through death.

I’m gonna be honest, i like this ending way more than the true pacifist route.

How long can Clover survive Asgore? Like I know it’s one-hit but someone like Merg can last for any longer?

I mean, seeing how Clover took 4-6 hits, they could last maybe 10 minutes before Asgore gets enough of those unmissable attacks on them

Both this and the true pacifist ending function as a canon prequel to Undertale. Although I think the devs prefer the true pacifist one, considering it has the more in-depth credits.

My interpretation is that in this ending he considers not resetting, and he decides to do so in the true pacifist. Since the actual true pacifist has the reference to omega flowey and shows Clover's stuff falling into the dump.

Echoes of Another playing in the end kind of confirms this ending as the non-canon one, no way Flowey would call it quits here.

weren't the reason why flowey couldnt get the souls was that asgore didnt show them to him, so why didnt flowey just absorb the souls while asgore was fighting clover?

Imma be honest, this game made me actually hate asgore. Like, before it was sorta whatever. He assaulted some children, no big deal. But seeing how it was portrayed in here... man, that guy is lower than dirt.

How so? Asgore does show his regret and even allows Clover to see the souls-Clover makes the choice to pull their gun on him and initiate the fight
