Go through the game's genocide ending without killing anyone on your way, now I've seen all possible endings.

I just love the fact that there is a easter egg if you name yourself "Merg". Merg really came out a long way until he reach here so it's great seeing our cherry boy getting the recognition that i think he deserves.

People who decided to climb into a mountain are stupid as hell because most of the time they end up dead

The first room is based on the intro cutscene, since it showed pillars there, but when the game begins there's an apparent lack of pillars.

The entire situation is just depressing in my eyes. My condolences go out to the other mod team and devs behind this, I can't imagine what it's like to find out that you've been working with a monster the entire time. Bits and Pieces had the potential to be the best undertale mod out there, but it turns out a creep was running it the entjre time. I hope that they'll continue working on this despite the drama, but I can't see that happening in the forseeable future.

The new battle mode basically activates the battle interface from the japanese version of undertale. The only big difference is the item menu in which you scroll down a list instead of the usual thing. Also yeah, I fricking love this mod! Glad you decided to finally play it! :3

The flipping amount of detail and remasteration in this game is amazing! MY favorite detail of it so far is at 9:04, where the incorrect switch has a patched up floor, referencing what happened to the yellow soul from Undertale Yellow! Edit: I love how he syncs the pop up videos at the end with the music.

When you think about it everything makes sense Vegetoid kinda had a Chara face and the bullet that touched ya was the one and only… The most powerful thing in existance L E M O N It was so powerful it destroyed the world

Oh hey I work on this mod. I drew Toriel's dialogue sprite, Napstablook's dialogue sprites, and many other things later into the game. Oh, also, the "New Battle Menu" is in regards to the Items button. With it on, it'll be the scroll-bar/list like it is in the Japanese version of the original game. And the reason some songs are still the same is because the soundtrack remake is not yet finished, it's not being worked on in order like the rest of the game.

You know Merg's cracked when he accidentally activates no-hit mode and still records a 30 minute video. 0:35 Love Merg commenting on the intro he's seen a thousand times lmal. 1:32 Hahaha omg that's a perfect combination of references. 1:47 I love that zoom out, and using Star for the flower room is honestly perfect, considering how much happens there, and... who you meet there. 2:30 Yesss the Frisk dancefloor! 3:22 Toby how dare you. 4:00 Merg his portrait was always animated lmao. 4:09 Ooo like the Deltarune-style soul reveal. And the Ruins entrance battle background! 5:06 Angy- and Flowey pog 5:46 HD but not 3D Toriel! This is... amazing! I was literally just wondering the other day if there were any fangames that were essentially the same game with updated graphics - but this changes the backgrounds to feel more realistic to Toby's worldbuilding, remixes the music, seems to have added Friendship levels and sidequests.. this is amazing! Is it a conplete mod of the entire game or does it only go to the end of the Ruins? One thing I absolutely love is that one scene where you can see the actual ruined Home in the distance. We only get a glimpse of it in the real game, yet we can assume based on the lore that _all of monsterkind_ once lived there, like a huge metropolis. Actually seeing a glimpse into the reason the Ruins are called, well, the Ruins, was really neat and such a love letter to the real game! Another thing I adore is Frisk finally equipping the items we get in the overworld sprite. I do wonder though - is Frisk red on your menu screen because Frisk/Chara's Soul is red, or is it just a nice Easter egg for Cherry boi Merg? Also ngl the instant death thing scared me so freaking bad lol. I was waiting for it to be some elaborate Gaster or Chara easter egg - when I finally realized it was a reference to Merg's no-hit runs and the Oneshot quote, I laughed. Really clever.

You wouldn't think it needs a remaster until you play the mod, and then you realize how much cooler the game is with better graphics and animations

To clarify your question on what the boards were in the first room of the ruins, that was an easter egg to Undertale Yellow when you fall through the floor after hitting the right switch. hope that helped!
