Fun fact about Disbelief: While the animation by FlamesAtGames has four phases, the original AU only had one. Flames was such a big fan of the AU, that he took about a year to make that animation. The original creator liked the animation so much that he emailed Flames and asked him if he wanted to own the AU. Flames now owns the AU, and he has said that he’s planning to explore what happens between killing Sans and actually arriving at the Final Corridor. Also, the Disbelief game, when it comes out, is going to include other AUs with the Disbelief story. I know UnderSwap is confirmed, but I don’t remember the rest

The creator of the Horrortale comic also made a very short demo of it. It's in their art style and I think it was point-and-click.

The genocide route is best referred to as the “no mercy” route dan. Just a heads up, Toby actually confirmed this Tho the bad bad no good route is a Mitch better name

I hope you eventually do a part 2 is very interesting hearing you talk about these games! the story of dustTale is extremely depressing but the idea of it is so fascinating to me for some reason

If it helps (hopefully this can popularize it), "Pacifist", "Neutral" and "Bad Bad No Good Route" as you call it all actually have canon names within UNDERTALE via a secret, possibly even forgotten debugging aspect within the title screen. By pressing X or SHIFT 5 times on the title screen (Where it says press Z or enter, NOT the main menu) a small line of text will appear that can actually change depending on what "routes" you've completed. If you haven't finished the game at all yet, it will display "No Information". If you have completed/met the requirements of an ending that does not either free or destroy all the available/willing monsters within the UNDERGROUND, it will display "Activity Level A" instead, and will be permanently grounded there even after a True Reset. Completing the ending where the monsters are freed from the UNDERGROUND will result in "Activity Level B" being displayed below "Activity Level A" (due to B requiring A in order to be valid you need both) and if you've committed mass bad bad no good on an entire race then it will display "Activity Level C". Basically the routes are canonically called "Activity Levels", neutralism is "A" (possibly meaning it's the true ending), pacifism is "B" and bad bad no goodism is "C". Hope this makes things easier! (I don't like using that word much either but it's the only thing some people can understand when talking about this game :P)

Hey, im new to this channel but ive gotta say, I'm loving your content my dude! I seriously wouldn't mind a part 2 to this. Especially since I'm currently working on an undertale fan game myself! Although a playable demo won't be out for a while. P.s. play reveng the unseen ending. Its a great fangame.

I hope this also becomes a series cause their is an incredible amount of potential and incredibly experiences the Undertale fandom has crafted! I would reccomend the point and click game of Horrortale which is actually based off the comic done by Sour Apple Studios! (I think I spelled that right) plus so so so so so much more! I eagerly hope to see yet another part to the Undertale fan games series in the future.

You forgot to mention; Don’t Forget went through a TON of changes. It’s very first incarnation was just a flat out sequel to Undertale.

Dan, these Fan Games are actually called either AUs or ATs. AUs stand for Alternate Universe. AUs are alternate versions of Undertale, for example, Underfell, which takes the characters and the underground itself and make it hell pretty much. Now, AUs play like Undertale. A lot of timelines, 3 routes, and some ATs inside those AUs. An AT stands for Alternate Timeline. An AT can be in any AU, but an example for an AT, is Glitchtale. You might've heard of this, it is a KZread Popular Series, and how it occurs, is that multiple glitches occur, and it changes the story COMPLETLEY. Which adds new characters, new souls, and more. Now, the creator of all this is someone named Ink!Sans. He is a Sans outside of AUs, and defends and creates them. His nemesis is Error!Sans. Error Sans is an older version of Geno!Sans, but corrupted into a monstrosity that destroys AUs.

sooo, i actually know the guy that made "dont forget" i went to school with him, and i watched him make parts of the game, if i see him again, ill let him know how much you liked his game!

If you ever do a part two, one of the fight only games I would recommend personally would be Alphys NEO. It’s made using a free Undertale battle making software, and, unlike pretty much every other fight made using it, is really well made.

The undertale community calls those Au's (Alternate universes)

i'm surprised no one suggested storyswap color: asriel's fight, i know you had a lot but it's honestly a really quality fight and isn't against a sans! well it's still a "sans" fight since it takes place at the end of the no good bad bad run but it feels more original than bones and blasters, there is also another one on CYF/Unitale (it's just called storyswap asriel this time) but that one isn't as good but still has a lot of originality to it, oh and both of them are super hard! so while you may not make another video on these fan games i would recommend you check it out on your own

I know that these fangames weren't at that time. But I just wanted to say that a new cool undertale fangame is here too. I mean only a demo is out for now. "TS!Underswap". Maybe you would have heard about it. But if you didn't you should really take a look at it. Its so cool. And also "no more deals" is also another incredible game that came out for a while.....

In that ink sans game at 7:35 i found a really strange bug in, if you press z and x repeatedly at the same time in the fight button, the game will just kinda explode, depending on how long you do it, good luck on surviving the next attack.

Have you played Pasifist dusttale? Also, Undertale Purple and Undertale Green are pretty epic and have similar yet vastly different feels of Undertale Yellow. Green being my favorite, I’d think if you enjoy yellow, you’ll enjoy them as well.

Quick suggestion which is alphys neo an older fan game but an amazing one like disbelief papyrus stays true to alphys’ caharacter and fits where it would in the game

note to Cybert: even the cutest versions of villains (Under Fell Flowey and Five Nights In Love spring trap) still have a bit of evil in them

From the fan games that I have seen, I would say my favorites have to Disbelief, Dusttale, Don't Forget, and The Bad Time Trio.

The Great Noodle Jape and Soul Redacted by nightimepixels are pretty good too. Really adorable with their own style. I'll definitely be looking at the others here to play. I have a list at this point ^^°

TS!Underswap is a really cool fan game that looks amazing after playing the demo! highly recommend to check it out

On the ink sans part I agree with you since the music with sounds would connect the player more to it and the fight indeed is like hell. And you should try Dusttrust,Dusttrust is basically underswap where papyrus like dusttale sans goes on a genocide route and then he gets to sans and in self defense he kills papyrus which caused him to go insane and start killing the monsters and he then judges and fights frisk who takes the role of chara and the fight begans

Most "One fight" Undertale games are made with a fanmade UI called Unitale (or Create Your Frisk). I'd look up "Alphys NEO" if you ever plan on making a sequel to this vid

Honestly once Undertale Yellow fully releases and is nearly the same length as Undertale it's self, it will blow Horrortale right out of the water, mainly because of it's 5+ years in development.

U can play the full version of Disbelief. Get Create Your Own Frisk and download disbelief mod by Cezare Andreze and put the mod in the mods folder of CYF then u boot up CYF and play the mod

11:46 Chara is not bad, he or she is only creepy when he dose the bloody face or the eyes, but the backstory is Pretty complex, so I will tell you, Chara was the first fallen human in the underground, Asriel brought him back to the ruins, to Toriel and Asgore, Asriel and Chara bonded by drawing and exploring, one day, Chara got Ill and later, he passed on, so Asriel absorbed his soul and pased through the barrier, and layed Chara's body on a bed of yellow flowers. Later, he was killed by the humans, and later, Asgore, the King of all Monsters, declared war on the humans, he said he would collect 7 human souls to break the barrier, but is you do the genocide route, Chara will appear again, because of your determination, everyone you killed, made you gain exp (Execution Points) And LOVE (Level Of Violence). But what you didn't probably know, was that Flowey is actually Asriel, and when you kill Flowey, Chara appears and offers you to erase the world, And if you do that, a knife anamation will appear, and do 999999999999999999999999 damage... And that is the story of c Chara.

suggestion for next time you do this, grab unitale(engine) and Alphys Neo(game) (watch merg for the correct download)
