I've been looking EVERYWHERE. I hated the OST version. It's as if somebody photoshopped a few things into a photo of your childhood and said that the things actually happened. But now it feels as if everything was unedited. It feels like... ...home.

Thanks for this. I hate that the official version is off from the one in game, as this pitch and tempo of the song pose a unique feel that can't be explained.

Bry Guy Hate is a Very strong word

Every theme of Toriel reminds me of my late grandmother, who basically raised me and my sister. Kindness, patience, love.

Flowey disliked it because it reminds him of when he got hit with the fireball. Chara disliked because it's too much for them to bear.

I bet the reprise version of this would sound amazing.

Damn, i remember that one horrifying day when i got to the forest, it was autumn and i was alone looking for mushrooms, But after a couple of hours i got lost. I tried to call my parents but i couldn't find any signal, so i searched and searched it was very dark and i was scared, so i decided to calm myself down a bit and played this music, unfortunately i found the damn road on the forest and i knew where i should go now, however still played with me because it was a good relief.(sorry if my english is bad, but i'm trying to tell my feelings about this and it got me very motivated to move further) i'm listening to it for about and it still isn't boring to me.

This reminds me of last year. I used to go to another city for my intership and I accidentally got into the wrong bus and drove somewhere I never saw in my life. My phone was about to die and eventually did later. I was alone and it was raining. I had no jacket and I also forgot my wallet at home. I cried, very much. When I came to a central bus station it just reminded me of Undertale... getting lost, no-one knowing where you exactly are. Toriel came to my mind and I asked my self, how would it be? To get lost? To fall? At these moments of my life I forgot about my anxiety and actually asked people for help. I would've never thought that I might get lost one day. I was lucky that there was a police officer somewhere near that station. I learned a lesson: no-one will help you if you don't ask, so go on and talk, because then you might solve your problem easier. Adventurers like these make us stronger and more confident. So please, take care of yourself. Thank you for reading all of this. I don't know you or if we might come across one day but you can do this, okay? Don't worry and stay DETERMINED❤:)

I put this song on in its original in-game pitch, and everything is fine. Time stops. Colors appear in the night sky above the Ruins. All of my problems dissipate as my perception of the world around me changes in an instant. This song makes me feel things in a way no other song has ever before.

I never made it far in this game, for multiple life reasons. But as a kid born 1987... all the Mega Mans, all the Final Fantasy games, and so much more... without a doubt, this song stands with the titans of video game songs. I'd go as far as to say when I heard this, an entirely new era of my life began. So hard to put it in exact words, but I guess that's because no one can. Hmm....

This song always brings tears to my eyes....

Can you give me specifics of what to do to get my OST versions sounding like your pitch corrections? I'm using Audacity and don't know exactly what to do to achieve the same results as you. +/-nnn cents doesn't make sense to me.

It wasn't changed, the pitch correction was done in-engine, likely a stylistic decision later in development.

Better than the low-pitched OST, that's the original Fallen Down...
