This cover feels like the feeling you have after you accept a loved ones death, when your no longer angry nor sad, but rather, your grateful you had the time with them you did.

As a Flute player at 13 years of age, this is truly inspiring. This is one of the most comforting songs for me, I have it in almost all of my playlists. I must say thank you for this beautiful cover! Keep up the amazing work. Inspired.

@@Purrfect_Werecat literally same, just started bass clarinet today and despite being the second largest woodwind I’ve ever played it’s actually probably the most comfortable to play, plus it has a beautiful sound, plus now I’m legally allowed to play Hey Baby, plus I can now sit with the tenor and bari saxes, and that’s just the start lol

This. This is how this song is truly meant to be played. Its gentle embrace comforts you, and subsides the pain from having both figuratively and literally "Fallen Down," if you will. This truly does fill me with determination. SAVE ❤

2:38 made me want a whole bunch of multi-flute covers of organ pieces like Interstellar, Bach, Pirates, etc.

I cannot imagine just how much breath support it must take to play an instrument that huge. Insanely impressive, and such a nice tone

It's not too difficult once you get the spacing between your lips right. As far as capacity, I learned by breathing with my stomach not my chest. Dont let your chest rise when inhaling air only your stomach 😁 I played the Flute and Piccolo all of my school days.

My first time hearing a contrabass flute, and I gotta say my brain had a hard time comprehending the fact that a flute could get so low

As a 13 y/o flute player, this video really inspired me. For about a year now, I’ve wanted to try a flute other than a normal concert flute. I plan on playing piccolo, because I’m in a normal band. I’m one of the best in my schools 7th grade(now going into 8th) so my band directors don’t have any problems with my idea. My dream is to be able to one day get to play a a contra flute:)

they get bigger. There's a double-contrabass flute, as well as a hyperbass flute.

I have never heard a more beautiful and soothing cover of Fallen Down, not even the out-of-tune vintage piano one.

After I got over the terrifying size of that flute, I could truly appreciate the skill and effort put into this amazing song. I am adding this to my Spotify playlists ASAP

this arrangement is really good :D you did a really good not letting the contra flute get drowned out. low flutes don't really blend well with other instruments so you gotta be careful to make sure they're heard but you succeeded. I've only heard the contra flute with other flutes but all the instruments you paired it with work :)

Your musicianship here is nothing short of exemplary. Especially with the contra flute, the tone quality you get out of that beast is so rich and warm, in a way I can't quite describe. It's dark and soothing, and there's something about it that just isn't replicable on a double bass, or a tuba, or a contrabass clarinet. Wonderful arrangement, and beautifully expressive performance.

This is by far one of if not the best recording of the contrabass flute I've seen. So many others have a way too breathy sound where it sounds more like puffing air than playing a tune. This on the other hand, I can make out every note and it's just absolutely beautiful. Hopefully one day you'll be able to own one of your own so we can hear more of this amazing instrument, and what you have to bring to the table!

Happy belated birthday! 🥳💜 Undertale has such a good soundtrack that it’s hard to pick just one piece to recommend… I’d say “Ruins,” “Heartache,” and “Snowy” would all lend themselves nicely to a flute arrangement!

You keep grasping at fragments of my soul with these pieces, and not in a bad way. I'm so touched that I can't put it into words- you make it sound beautifully nostalgic, but at the same time, bring your own interpretation into it, making it sound a bit different, but it perfectly blends into the song- someone who didn't hear this could assume this is the original one. Keep working on what you believe in and thanks for letting us listen to these masterpieces :)

The range of the Contrabass flute is 2 octaves below the flute or from C2-C5 and the Bass an octave above that and the flute an octave above that and the piccolo flute an octave and a step above that

yeee which is strange because the flute family decides it wants to skip the word "tenor" entirely so the bass flute should actually be the "tenor", the contra-alto the "bass", and etc.

This was beautiful! I LOVED the use of the contra bass flute as a melodic instrument.

The contraflute line is literally what makes this track my favorite in the entire game. It’s so soothing and comforting to the ear. I could fall asleep to it. I could live out my final days to it and still be in complete serenity while the world could collapse around me.

i cannot believe that even after so many years undertale still has stuff to show with many of them being remixes of its music. amazing job on the fallen down track, all the air instruments, the harp, the strings, the little drum... WOW, i felt absolute peace in my soul 🥰🥰🥰 (though rip for your pockets, wallets and credit cards in order to buy that contrabass (however it's spelled) flute)

WOW this was beautiful! I have never heard this particular piece of music, so after listening to this I went to listen to the original for comparison. There is no comparison! Computer bit noises just can't compare to how you brought this song to life with so many textures and layers. The harp is always a favourite of mine, however I was very impressed with the contra flute, so deep and warm. Well done, another favourite 😃

Some high person must have thought “I’m gonna put the flute, sax, tuba, and trombone together” then the contrabass flute was made

This was beautiful, you did the most moving cover I've ever heard of this piece. I always had interpreted it as a nervous apprehension to a new world. But your cover really reflected the care and concern that Toriel has for the player as they make their way through and its all very safe and encompassed by love and concern by her. Really amazing job.
