This video literally changed my physics life. All I have ever heard is "in physics units are everything" but all I was doing was trying to memorize everything and it wasn't working. I finally understand the connections. Thank you so much

Me too, just started physic's and into week 2 and onto week 3 in a few days.
Thank you so much for making this video! It has clarified my confusion alot.
man your vids are GOLD
I really hope you realize how amazing these videos are.
Thank you so much for this video Joe, hope you are doing well!
Brilliant video
For God's sake,, am begging u please make a video on Torque
holy shit I feel like I am back into my physics lecture seat.
havent watched the whole video yet, but charge should be under Ampere (if were being consistent with IUPAC), although I agree the unit of charge should be the coulomb as the ampere is a derived unit

I struggled with that point.. I wondered whether I should be consistent with IUPAC defined list of SI units.. my impression was the ampere being an official SI unit was an artifact and I worried it’d be confusing using c/s as a base unit and people would be confused why I didn’t use charge and time as separate base units.. but I was aware of that and wasn’t sure what would be the best way to organize the video
This is such a helpful video thank you so much!! But in the beginning when you write out the values for mili, micro, nano, kilo, macro, giga, etc.. I think they're ordered backwards? Like, isn't mili=0.001, not 1000? and micro is 0.000001, not 1,000,000?

1mm = 0.001 m, if u multiply 1000 to both sides, u'' get 1000mm = 1m.
Is there a mistake with the resistance fundamental units? should it be C^2 not S^2? 14:50

yep caught that as well I'm pretty sure its coulombs squared
isnt nano 10-9
This is a little too underatedddddddddd
Where is mole?
Doing the lord's work for resident physics idiot here 😅 Great video man!
Are you still around? Would love to shoot you an email :)

These units are tools man has invented to understand physical phenomena in the universe ,the universe is not made up of them .

I’m not asserting you’re right or wrong, but I am curious to hear you elaborate why you say that?

@@sciencesimplified3890 He's probably saying this because we as humans are just trying to explain the creation and laws of God, in ways that our minds can comprehend. But we can never truly comprehend. Its good to stay humble and understand that we are just men. All praise to Jesus Christ. Good video btw.
Hi, I believe "giga" is 0.000000001 and macro (or mega) should be 0.000001. In the video, there is one too many zeroes for both of these!

Ah yes... you’re correct... Im so used to adding 0’s in groups of 3 but yes you’re correct!

@@sciencesimplified3890 Haha no worries, everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Your video is amazing by the way and has helped immensely in my circuits/electrostatics studying for the MCAT.
¡m. 3:25 nanosecond et al....mistakes? How it is possible to publish these wrong information¡

@@sciencesimplified3890 giga, macro, and kilo have negative exponents when they're really positive. and milli, micro, and nano are supposed to be negative exponents
You have made an incredible video, and you have said it well that "the way our universe was created", because that it was by our God, our God who has given even His only son, Jesus Christ for us. He has withheld no gifts.
I hope your pillow is always cool on both sides, your charger works at every single angle, you NEVER stub your toe or step on a lego, and one day you win the lottery. Thank u for ur service 🫡
