My mother never apologized for keeping me away from my father. All she ever said was that it was the best thing to do. I feel that should have been my choice when I got old enough to make it. Then she also said that he didn’t want to have you; he wanted her to get an abortion. Who tells their daughter that?! And yet, she gets an attitude with me for being upset and not agreeing with her. We haven’t talked in five years and I’m at peace with it. I like what Pastor Blakes said about God letting me go through this so I could help others. I’m beginning to think this is my life’s purpose. I’m studying, reading and researching so much on this subject. Pastor Blakes has been the influence for my pushing myself to understand this part of my life. God gave me sooo many substitute fathers that have helped me in this area...Bishop Blakes is one of them!

Abandonment caused me to gling to unavailable men...I always tried to change or control the outcome that never happened just left me more broken... Thank God for revelation🙏🙏🙏 Thank God for wholeness!

This really blessed me. It reminded me that God is my Father. From I was with a young girl, I struggled with a lot of things and God always told me that he would take care of me. So when Chengi said God told her “I’ve always been your dad” that really resonated with me.

My personal perspective is that we all have a True Almighty Father Creator that has chosen for us a biological father that is like adoptive father.

I'm so grateful for the healing and transcending of the father wound. May all of us turn our focus inward and go to the Heavenly Father to fill all voids 🙏🏾

I understand why I've been in toxic whimpy clowns in crowns.lam grateful to understanding my father wound also no longer mad or angry at my daddy because he as well has a father wound so I forgive him an pray for him inviting God to heal our relationship ..🙏❤💜

Chengi Bishop is so correct. Everything that you both spoke of to indicate that a father wound with a woman is present with the exception of sexual relationships I can definitely identify with it. I still struggle with trust and I suffer from rejection and abandonment. Thank God for both your ministries. Because of them am healing and transforming into who God wants me to be.God's blessings. Not everyone gets any father type figure that they overlook. At 50, I have not seen that The way I came to God a few years ago shows me that God is real. When I prayed, I could tell somehow that God was a safe place in a way that I had never seen before. It wasn't about what I could say or do to win his approval, it was all about his approval generously given without earning it. It was something new to me. It's true old habits die hard. My default is to fear God will get tired of me and abandon me. I get on that hamster wheel and run myself exhausted trying to keep up with life's demands hoping to please him so he won't tell me I am selfish. It's at those times I burn out that I get disapointed and loose faith.

Chengi I love you and I can't wait to join the black swan community and buy some courses.

It’s very individual to each woman. Often we have both but the mother wound often goes unaddressed because of the goddess status of the mother.
