Is there a way i can check my data balance without taking out the sim card? Does it support the huawei hi-link app too?

Good morning sir. My mifi is almost 2 years old. I tried turning it on but it isn’t coming on. I plugged it and it’s showing light. Please what should I do?

if you still have the default password of the mifi, kindly do a reset . And try using it again.

I just charge my 4glte with my power bank till it was full when I try to switch it on it did not turn on whenever I charge it the battery light will turn on and off

If you are unable to browse, do the following 1.. connect to the MTN WiFi using another device and try browsing. 2.. Top up your data and try browsing..

It might be a temporary thing. If it continues after some time, check the SIM. If the SIM you are using is confirmed okay, then seek help from MTN office nearest to you. Thanks so much..

It's abnormal if it happens that way. You can ask for assistance from a more experienced person. But If you are sure you are doing the right thing and pressing the right power button and nothing is working then visit the MTN Customer Service Center with the device. Thank you.

Sounds so strange except if the issue has to do with the Service provider MTN. Try and disable Apps updating at the background.
