Marginalisation mean that to be forced to occupy the side of the things, not to be at the center of the things becoz of their diff. languages, diff custom,religion, caste, poorness. Social marginasation means to marginalised in a sociaty, consider them as alow class people and not share the resouces with them equaly. they seem to be marginalised becoz they are not educated , not have good health , not have any political support etc. in this marginasation grp there are more SC/ST are found , they are consider as low class .🙂

Mains answer: In India article 12-35 contained part 3rd of Constitution deals with fundamental rights. Article 14-18 of Constitution deals with right to equality, it is our basic fundamental rights. Before independence people who acquire wealth and power marginalized weaker section out of mainstream of society. Powerful people also used to exploit them. Dr ambedkar said we got political independence not socially. Social independence will be achieved when we treat everyone equal. So equality is a value and right

By the mean of equity is to provide every one same amount of resources, equal opportunity and to get treated equally.But due to dominance of some society over the period of time there is huge gap is developed between different communities. To overcome this problem our constitution provides us many rights and law such as right to equality, equality before law etc. Providing everyone same starting line is not the correct solution as there are communities which do not have enough resources to reach at the starting line therefore our government form some reservations and schemes such as manrega to upliftment of poor community, reservations in government job and political seats to increase the praticipation of such backward communities with all this we can conclude that equality is not our right but an ethical value as well.

Equity means not to provide equal resources to all,it means providing the resources based on their needs (it means how much they need for a particular person or group etc...)

Q. Equality is a value of right? Ans: Article 14-18 deals with the term Equality which is one of our fundamental right given in our Indian constitution (part 3 ). It was mentioned that no one is discriminated on the basis of caste ,race,gender, or religion. If anyone in the country feels that their right is violated then he /she can appeal to the court.

Equality is a value and right both because, In the constitution mentioned that Equality is our fundamental rights through article 12 to 35 ,no one can discriminate people on the basis of race ,gender , religion and caste . Everyone has equal value of vote , freedom of life , all the people of India has to get equal opportunity.
