Fuuc honey your spot on. I was taken from my mom by cps when i was younger and since then moved in and out of multiple homes. My mom would be in and out of jail (for basically childish behavior) when she would be out she would try to always contact me on Facebook but id be detached and wouldnt reach back out. Now im 20 and my mom is more my friend then a mom im more her mom lol but thats bc im also virgo sun but i can also be childish and deflecting my emotions which i always knew was due to all my trauma

Honestly, my mother was both very nurturing to me as well as intellectual stimulating. She made sure all my needs were meet. But that can be because my Gemini moon is on the 4th house which is a good placement to be.

Okay I’ve watched it and as always, you’re on point. I’m a Gemini moon in the 8th house, and I’m currently in therapy while also in school to become a counselor. It’s very much easier to detach but because my moon is in the 8th house, I feel incredibly deeply and need to learn to express this in a healthy way. I’ve battled deep depression, and anxiety and so now I am learning how to feel my FEELINGS. I feel like a baby. Learning all of this over again…I was taught to suppress my emotions because my mother didn’t create a safe space for my emotional well-being. I’m unlearning so much. Great video honey!

I feel this so deeply. I too am a Gemini moon, in therapy, and in school to become a counselor. My mother never validated my feelings and I suppressed them so much. I’m repairing my relationship with my emotions along with all other relationships. It’s exhausting but so worth it.

I am a Cancer sun, Pisces moon. I have dark humor too, I feel embarrassed when I cry, and my main goal in life is to be a masculine woman and more like a man. I was a Tom boy too. I always understand men much more than women. The way you described yourself is like me! So I don’t think astrology is everything. Or maybe it’s just something else for different people…my mother is an astrologer, however, so I do have an open mind. I just don’t feel like my signs at all. I feel more like an Aries, Scorpio, or Aquarius. I am deep and emotional however I don’t ever cry in front of everyone and can’t stand being vulnerable. Your daughter probably isn’t like that because of her signs, she’s just like that because she’s not repressed, I think. We’re just probably shut down people whereas kids are not repressed usually. Adults are more like that.

This was literally so mindblowing to me. I'm a Gem moon in the 9th house, and at the age of 8 going on 9, my Father got custody of my brother and I after a nasty divorce from my Mom, and we were essentially taken away from our Mom and not able to see her for 10 years. We had frequent phone calls with her but she lived in a different country. Growing up, my Mom did place a lot of importance on making sure my brother and I could read and write at a very early age. She's SO smart, but (I feel) mentally unstable, so I even though we have a solid relationship now, and I can talk to her about anything, I sometimes find it best to love her at a distance. I will add though that I don't date younger people. I prefer older people who are more mature than me because I oftentimes feel immature myself so I need the balance.

My oldest son has Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn all in Gemini. I understand what you are saying about Gemini. We are really close and always have been, however he has been through hell and back with me. I did get pregnant at 16 and had to work full time and go to school from the day he was born. I didn't get to spend much time with him his first year but after I graduated I dedicated a lot of time and energy teaching him things. I bought a lot of preschool books and did homework with him before he even started school. By the time he was 3 years old he knew his numbers, colors, alphabet, just about everything he would need to know before kindergarten. I will say though... He was absolutely the most difficult child I'd ever seen. He would always want to debate his argument on why he should be able to do something if I told him no. No means no was never good enough for him... Lol the only way I could get him to stop throwing his tantrums was to ignore him. He absolutely hated it. He would finally come back around so I would talk to him. I ended my marriage when he was 10 and he ended up at my sister's house for an entire year while I was homeless. It absolutely affected him and he is not very in touch with his emotions to this day. He doesn't have much empathy when people unload their problems on him. He responds with humor or logic. He also does like to keep things light-hearted and fun. He cannot tolerate heavy emotion much and will just brush it off and disregard it. He's my social butterfly. He gets too bored easily. I love him so very much. He has always been there for me even if there was tension between us. I encourage him and have talked to him a lot and have given him advice. I'm the only one he trusts to cut his hair. I think it's a comfort thing because I'm the the who's done it all his life. He has had his girlfriend since high school (5 years now). She is an Aquarius. They both appreciate their own sense of freedom, individuality, and have the same friend group. They respect each other's boundaries and always going on random adventures having fun.

And yes, I consider myself a non-conformist, YES I NEED MY SPACE. People's crying gives me anxiety and I sometimes feel bad for not knowing how to console them and my crazy ass finds that funny LMAO😂😂😂 I enjoy my solitude and celibacy because I'd rather not deal with people at times. Stupid grinds my gears and makes me cringe 🥴😂

My bestie is SUPER sensitive (Scorpio rising & Moon in Cancer), but also silly too. Cancer moon people seem to be a theme in my life, smh. My mom was there but not there growing up haha was def out at the bars underage at like 17 so that bit resonated with me lol I have anxiety and adhd, starting to learn how to manage those now as an adult and I fucking love working with data and information 🙃 I'm currently in a 10 yr relationship with a pisces moon, scorpio rising, libra sun and let me tell you it's been one of the most transformative relationships for me when it comes to understanding emotions, being empathetic/compassionate and allowing myself to feel my emotions. Still got work to do but I've come a long way lol. So true about Mom being teaching things about communication and being a strict distanced person. Also true about, being distanced in my relationships. True about looking for information just to keep my mind occupied. KZread having a hard time suggesting to me the most preferable content. I watch all types of things. Especially educational stuff. Also true about mental health issues. Right now I'm going through huge mental breakdowns from time to time since 2020. Let it be anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or insomnia. I'm having all of them. Since I am a constant overthinker, I could create situations that never happened inside my mind. All these happened after my breakup from the 6-year-long relationship I had to take medications to numb my mind. I used to be a very non-committed person. After this, I decided that relationships are not for me. I look for a life partner, soul mate type of connection. I don't think they actually exist.

I have the same placements..12th house Gemini moon, Cancer Rising. My mom is a Scorpio Sun, Libra Moon and she was mostly an alcoholic and emotionally unavailable. She was loving and I was attached to her but there was always a level of emotion we never reached. Our connection is actually so deep and intuitive we both avoid it, in a way. Felt and not said. Family, Libraries, TV & school programs also helped raise me.

My favorite planet is Mercury and I’m a Cancer with a Pisces moon. My main character is named Mercury in my book. I just love that name and am obsessed with everything to do with it. It’s weird. In Vedic/Sidereal I am Gemini, Aquarius, and Virgo instead of Cancer, Pisces, and Libra. I don’t even know about astrology anymore lol. I have a new friend whos a Scorpio rising with Gemini moon. They seem to push affection away, and it takes a while to commit. I don't think people with these placements care so much about the appearance of their partner or who they date. Looks don't really matter. They're not like "wow" about beauty or what's on the surface. They only care about the mind. Mind is beauty to them (well, from what little I know lol).

Dating a gemini moon (libra sun, virgo rising, scorpio mercury, virgo venus, scorpio mars) who is quite different from this description. His mother was overly invested in him and overly emotional and gave him no privacy, which he said made him shut down (he also suffered a major childhood trauma unrelated to his mother, which shut him down more). He prefers to date OLDER (I am 9.5yrs older than him and not even the oldest partner he's had). He is emotionally detached sometimes but other times very intense and doesn't shy away from darkness (perhaps the scorpio mars/mercury) and there's a part of him that wants to merge with his partner, even though he fears it. His virgo venus and rising makes him incredibly dutiful and service oriented and he will cut himself in half and give it to someone he loves. His libra sun makes him soft and romantic, and on our 5th date he cried in front of me about the issues he was dealing with. In this case, I find that his gemini moon/virgo mercury makes him overthink and overanalyze which separates him from his emotions temporarily, but he always seems to pull it back together and choose love and attachment. I assume that's because of the libra/virgo/scorpio. *edit* he's also definitely judgmental and picky and opinionated (again, all the virgo).
