Me too, I'm a multi-passionate person however I found that astrology & metaphysics are the only topics I got stuck with for the longest time. Astrology helped me understand why I do the things I do. And I hate it when people get the "Gemini" archetype out of context. For me Gemini is all about understanding different perspectives, adaptability, interconnectedness etc.

The last 2 Gemini rising I met both wear glasses, both work for themself, are both always driving somewhere 😅 and are both so open-minded and smart. And when I talked to them about astrology both were curious to know more about their chart. Meeting them really broaden my perspective on life (Gemini rules my 9H, I'm a Libra rising)

I raised a Gemini rising only child (now 29y/o). Definitely gave her choices, maybe too many. I even gave her the choice to go to standard high school or stay home for homeschooling or unschooling or go to boarding school. Do dancing, martial arts, basketball, or nothing. LOL. I remember her once telling me I should've MADE her do things as a child. She now has a hard time deciding what she wants to do. I guess I should've pushed harder but I didn't know where to push her and didn't want to be blamed if she ended up doing something that wasn't right for her. Damned if ya do, damned if ya don't. 😒

Oh and she's not talkative at all to strangers, which is weird. Maybe because of the scorpio moon? With mercury and 4 other planets plus north node in Sag, it's odd.

Yes, this was my parents haha. I don’t hate them for it though! My mercury is in the 12h. So I don’t communicate a lot. What I will say tho, is Gemini risings will communicate a lot in an area where our mercury is. So perhaps your daughters talks a lot at home, or with her girls or even if ppl are talking about family since it’s next to her moon.

Gemini rising with gemini mercury and jupiter 1st house conjunct ascendant💗 I have 12th house taurus sun and I have my saturn there as well, with a pisces moon in the 10th and a capricorn south node in the 8th, I definitely do have a lot of depth in me that I’m also very aware of, but I rarely express to others. That’s why I feel I have a tendency towards self isolation at times, because I can feel very drained by others, I can often stay alone for long periods and very much enjoy the lack of stimulation from the outside. I definitely relate to you on that, people have told me they find it hard to “get through to me” but it isn’t my intention, I’m actually very very sensitive and I do support others a lot when they’re going through something, but I’ve always been raised to be so independent that I just keep my emotions to myself mostly, which is actually nice to me, I like the privacy.

Gemini rising here, Mercury in the 11th House (also the House of my Taurus Sun). I completely relate to the same kind of childhood you explain. Always encouraged by my parents to try on new interests with a lot of freedom. As for astrology, I also discovered it being a grown-up, in my thirties. On the other hand, I have always found it challenging to cope with other people's emotions, since my chart pretty much lacks water, whereas I possess lots of air in it. Oh my gosh, the eye-contact issue, it also happens to me! 😅

I am Gemini rising, Tarsus sun, and Aquarius moon. I hate small talk, I'd rather sit in silence. I'm an empath, so I'm connected to the emotional side more than most I feel. I'm first born, but the interesting thing is I am the middle child and never thought about it like this until this video. I have an adopted older sister. I never felt I had choices as a kid. My parents was very religious and I hated it. For me, religion is the greatest white lie ever told....ok, it control that is what it is. The greatest thing I feel I've done is leave religion. And my exploration of my spiritual side has opened my mind to many new things. Including things around the truths behind the afterlife. Experiencing my own past lives was an amazing eye opening part of my life. I do wonder, do you find that you can see though different things "BS" and get a clearer picture than most?

Gem Rising, Merc in 9H Aquarius. You are wonderful! I really love the combination of psychology and astrology here. You have a lot of insight here, and I need to integrate more of my 12H Taurus into my life. Ah, mostly Gem Risings are lost at sea with what to do with their lives. I had to adapt to a new home every couple of years; I have moved 35 times in 55 years. So my Gemini Rising traits made me hypersensitive to reading rooms, gauging how much of myself I could be, to survive for the year or two I lived there, uncertain if I should make deeper friends with people since I was going to be pulled away by my dad's job. Idk know if it’s a gemini ascendant thing or just me but I have lots of “friends” and people who love me and who I also love very much but I seem to still be a lone wolf. I’ve always wanted to have like a tight family or group of freinds that I could be apart of but I always feel as though I’m an outsider. Just a little. I’ve started to accept that I’m just like water in a river passing by all the different trees and landscapes touching them and nourishing them with love and kindness and communion. Wow I've always felt like I've had a hard time expressing myself on a deeper level, it takes me a while to really understand my emotions I always felt more led by intelligence more.

MERCURY in 11th house did not quite resonate with the family dynamic you describe. I didn't grow up with my family. I came up hard. I didn't have a choice nor much of a childhood. I had to look out for myself and mature earlier then my time. My childhood fits my Virgo moon in the 4th house. They say most Virgo moons had to be more mature early and had hard upbringing. I can relate to the job interview experience it never feels like a interview ever.
