I have just one question while giving if interviewer wanted to know our current CTC so can I also add my extra variables in current CTC or I need to only provide actuall CTC. just asking because it can make big difference suppose just for example if my CTC is 4 and after adding variables in it I am getting 4.5 P.A so interviewer start salary negotiation from 4.5 instead 4 so please answer this question is possible I am pretty much confused on this also my varriable are persomance based 😁

maam i have question regarding my job special allowance benifits. like in ctc breakup. the company show my special allowance is x amount but they also mention food coupon , petrol reimbursement,telephone allowance and proffessional develpoment allowance are zero ... but as you mention in special allowance i can get benefits of above points but the company declare these allowance are zero in my case or am i just misunderstand your point. please let me know. as well as what type of benifits i can get from special allowance please explain if it possible.

Hi Ankit, special allowance does not only include these allowance but many other allowances as well. Please take and update from your company regarding what allowances they are actually including in the special allowances. Also, most of the special allowances are exempt from Income Tax. HRA is a component of your income. Each month when you receive salary, HRA Component is also included in the Salary amount.

Typo on 9:00 both shows less than 7 Lakhs, the old regime one should be >= 7 Lacs.. I suggest you add a pop up annotation there since the video cannot be edited now

Your in-hand will be more in 10.4L while PF will be more in 11.3, due to higher basic salary.
