She was very honest and at some point vulnerable. Her insights really show me shes a great and empathetic leader. Nice interview!
Even though the interviewer injected his personal experiences in almost all questions, i do think he had really great questions that made Julie’s answers shine even more. This is a kind of interview style that is not appealing to many but to some it feels like “this is why I’m asking her the question” and be personal. We shouldn’t forget also that he is also trying to subconsciously let viewers know he has books that they should consider reading (buying). This is such an inspiring video.
I like how Julie answers. But the interviewer makes me... cringe. Like he DOESN’T NEED to keep bringing up HIS achievements. For goodness sake’s, he’s NOT being interviewed. 🤦🏻♀️ Hope Julie creates her own podcast.

I agree as well.
This was very helpful. Stepping into a manager position next month from being one of the pieces of another department. And to answer her question, I am an outcome/results driven person. My goal is that I'm able to successfully motivate those I'll be leading soon.
Julie's answers are awesome even though the interviewer is not doing good job.
Great interview and thanks for posting, please keep them coming
Really great interview that I enjoyed watching ! Thank you to the Julie and the host
Read your book a few days ago. Thank you for this interview.

I love you❤
Its more like a soft debate between the two on management perspectives. But okay, good content both of you 👍👍
