I'm lucky enuf where I "can just guess". Students really need to watch this site(and learn). Most adults can just "ballpark" an answer; Life goes on.
If you want a decimal number move two places to left and if you want percent move to places to the right.
shorter videos > longer videos, longer ≠ better, longer = 1/better
Percent is parts of a dollar. A dollar is 100 pennies. 32% is, therefore, 32 of 100 pennies or 32/100 of 100. What about 32% of 112? 32/100 of 112! Or, (32/100)×112!

Hi tom. so ratio's are just that. Per-cent is exclusive to toward "100". Is that fair?
