    The main issue with Olympic weightlifting is that even world class athletes are UTTERLY mogged by even high schoolers going full hypertrophy. You might argue that looks don't matter but they do. You train a shitload of technique and skill to do well at weightlifting and yet you will look like a regular dude or even small in clothes.

    @@davidbarnhouse4642 except that real life is not a competitive meet. I mean you can bring a barbell to the club to show Stacy how much you can clean. Won't change the fact it's hypertrophy Chad showing her how much he can jerk later.
