Niagara University College of Education graduate Natalia Buitrago received her diploma and then found a wonderful surprise awaiting her at the end of the stage. It was her brother, Jamie, who had been serving with the U.S. Navy in Cambodia for the last three years.
"I was completely shocked," Natalia told WGRZ-TV. "It was overwhelming. I was speechless. I wanted him here so bad and I knew he said he couldn't, and, then to see him be there, it was just everything I could have ever wished for."
