When I installed my right sided one it wouldn't latch. It missed the latch by about three eights of an inch. I decided it would be better to bend the latch part out than reattach the latching mechanism. It took awhile but I finally got it to work.

Hey! There he is! Very nice, though i don't think that'll work on my TB cause i got the ditch stick with the MF tailgate. Unless theres one for the passenger side...🤔 ugh, mama gonna kill me!
