Undercover DEA Agent Frank Panessa on Busting The Mafia "Pizza Connection" (Full Interview)

Frank Panessa sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and Vlad started off by introducing him as one of the two undercover DEA agents in the “Pizza Connection Trial” that took down mafia members using pizza parlors as fronts. During the conversation, Frank started off speaking about joining the DEA, and from there, he spoke about how he got involved in the “Pizza Connection” investigation. Frank explained how he went undercover and became partners with the Sicilian mafia members by supplying them with cigarettes for machines in their pizza shops. From there, Frank detailed getting into the drug trade with the Sicilians and working with Rudy Giuliani in the operation, which he said involved getting $1 million to look legit. During the conversation, Frank detailed the inside information on the Sicilian mafia’s heroin operation, including how they laundered money and other crimes they committed. Frank also spoke about how they took down the operation, and he then detailed the trial that included one of the co-defendants being killed by someone in the Gambino crime family. To hear more, including Frank speaking about other undercover missions that he was on, hit the full interview above.

Honestly the issue w fentanyl imo is at the wholesale mid level. Most drug users don’t want fentanyl or don’t know they’re doing it. Yeah some love it but the main issue is most drug dealers aren’t gonna pass up a low volume high profit substance. I’ve never really seen drug dealers as bad guys bc they’re just supplying demands but this fentanyl shit is just too greedy. It’s wild in 2022 that people just want regular heroin

16 months?! Those poor Jurors. How we treat Jurors in the US is obscene. Everyone else that's involved on the gov side are making decent money to good money (Lawyers, judges, support staff, federal agents, etc). Contrastingly, the Jurors are forced into serving, begrudgingly offered paid parking and minimum wage, both of which in some locales they have to fight for. Its ridiculous. Thankfully, at least in this case, at the end they get to see Justice delivered. Many/most trials, Justice is an afterthought casually tossed away for expediency. This long on Juror duty will cost people their jobs, promotional opportunities, family problems, not to mention that most Jurors, unlike in this case, their identities are public knowledge....... :-(
