One day she quit without much warning but wouldn't give a reason for her quitting. After this episode aired, she came back in the store and explained why she quit. The employee the CEO was working with was her husband! Truly good people!

But this guy handed him nearly a quarter million. Actual life changing money. Sure it isn't win the lottery and retire wealthy kind of money. But that changed the entire outlook of that household in an instant. Probably had their comfiest sleeps they had in years that following week with that much weight lifted off their shoulders.

When a person hates their job it's easier to assume the CEO is a jeark. There are heartless selfish people in all walks of life and caring people. when you have a job you love, going to work with a smile on your face is great. I have done some jobs in the past that I truly disliked, but I stuck it out for the money. even though it made me miserable. Always try to be happy

I know this video is posted by the company itself for good publicity or what not, but honestly everyone at that company should be proud of who they work for. I’ve never heard of a more generous CEO and one that helps the people that helped put him where he is now. I’m glad corporate greed didn’t get to one of them. Absolutely awesome.

This is an ideal example of a CEO that understands the plight of his employees. He went beyond but he did so because he had a connection with him, saw that he was going to look after him and have fun with him during work. That's something that great co-workers do for one another.
