You mean the maps if so yea I have them, some of them aleast. But I don't know how to upload them to the workshop. I have to look it up. But yes that's something I'm going to do once I know how.

how do you use waypoints to make soldiers take cover?

There's a trigger called "actor to cover" or something like that, where they find cover within the radius of the waypoint. I think it's under "actor"
