i might be wrong but i think you have fog of war enabled. go to the settings and turn it off. that should help ;)

Yeah Fog of war must be disabled, but thats already been said :P

Really helpful and well described throughout! Great video man!

The F3 function you do essentially loads in all of the textures. A good tip I’ve found is that if you’re using trenches and/or want to add in extra landscape models (not soldier units) do that first, then load everything in F3 :) great video though, a fantastic creative process!

I have a new appreciation for all the work that you put in to these videos. I'm trying to make my own battles right Now, it is so tedious.

Watching this video got me thinking. It would be super cool to see Daley perform a full on siege battle like the one he's doing in the video, but fight in the siege controlling one basic soldier and only them, like a day in the life of a fighting battle droid or clone trooper or whatever. just a tip, if you dont want to randomly select walls or textures on the map, goto the F3 menu instead its much easier to place and edit units in there since you wont select random effects or walls

Try pressing the numpad number to select a team in F1 mode

That dark will look crazy good if you do a battle on umbara

The dark thing if fog of war you can turn it off in settings :)

Hey so when I do U6 I can tag my clones; however I can't move them around or access them as unit like you do with the droids. Help please?

How do I get a clone like Rico? I found the right color armor but none of them have a helmet like his.

How are you switching in and out of the editor mode, as I can’t figure it out, along with using the numbpad to switch between teams, that also doesn’t work but I assume you have to be out of the editor mode to docthat

You save the map and entities in f2 mode (esc than save as) you save the mission in f3 mode (esc save as again) Than load f2 before f3 when you come back. That works for me.

How can you see the enemy units like when you put to player 1 they would disappear. How do I fix that?

I watched this and I’m confused because while doing everything the video says I have no control to move the characters as I want at the spot where you instructed to label them as team 1 and so on you had the rifles appear above the characters and it doesn’t do that for mine any suggestions or what am I doing wrong sorry if it’s not explained any better idk how else to describe it

I use F3 for units and vehicles which ig makes the vehicles wierd spent. A lot of time packing it with infantry just for them to get out when battle starts.

When I place a unit they have a texture glitch and I’m missing those maps you mentioned and basically most of the troops

how do you turn off these polygons on everything? also cant move around at all only rotate camera

When I place troops, parts of them are in black and white. Some parts of the map are like that too I’m on Geonosis and the spikes that come up from the ground are b+w too. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

How do I put them into vehicles, I try but then it shows a blue circle around them and I can’t move them around, I’ve been trying to fix this for hours, pls help, so I tried pressing f1 and stuff like that nothings working, idk what’s the problem , I don’t see anyone having trouble with selecting them and putting them in vehicles, I get so frustrated

so i was making a battle but midway through i had to go so i saved the game and quit however it came up with an error message and crashed the game, everytime i have tried to open the save it crashes the editor completely, the error message is "uncompressed normal map"
